I have to realize too much of anything isn't always best. I try to stay within the teaspoon amount, and usually put it in my matcha. Love the taste, easy to reseal, and a good amount for the price. Trying to get nutrition from food, and supplements after. Good product. I don't have room in the refrigerator for fresh vegetables where I'm living right now, so this works.

The bag came expired and there is no way to replace the item!

I was afraid to try this after seeing some of the reviews and the comments on taste. And they're not entirely wrong... it isn't great and I wouldn't drink it by itself. But it isn't overpowering, either. I added a tsp to my vanilla protein shake and could definitely tell it was there, but the main flavor was still vanilla and I was able to drink the whole shake without even thinking about it. We're here for the nutrition, not for the taste, right?
