All of the controls are intuitive, everything works perfectly, best foot bath I've ever used!
After using non-heated and even some of the cheaper heated foot baths, this foot bath has been just wonderful! All of the controls are intuitive enough that I didn't have to use the instructions to get it going. I love that it is deep enough to fully cover my ankles and even a few inches above them, and that the heat goes higher than some other models (display shows up to 118 degrees but I tend to use it at 105-108). When I'm starting with clean water, I put it into the bath already hot from the tap at about 105 degrees to reduce pre-heating time, and this unit keeps it at whatever temperature I set. You actually don't have to empty it between uses if the water is still clean and you are going to use it frequently (I sometimes use it 3 times a day due to an old injury). The dust cover keeps the water from getting debris when not in use. It also helps the water heat up more quickly if you leave it on while waiting for the water to come to temperature. When the water is cold (usually 78 degrees on the display is room temperature in my house), it takes about 25 minutes to heat it to 108 degrees. I add a couple of tablespoons of medicated epsom salts to clean water and run the massager function for a few minutes to dissolve before I put my feet in. If your feet are cold you may want to start at a lower temp or pre-warm your feet before sticking them into the heated water, or it will seem hotter than it really is. The shower feature should be used to test the heat of the water before dunking your tootsies all the way in. The shower stream can be moved up or down depending on where you want it to flow. If you are wondering about temperature control, consider that this unit is not meant to cool the water down if you heat it too high for your sensitivity. If you've heated it too high, just scoop a few cups of hot water out and add cold water or ice. That being said, it does an excellent job at heating the water up and keeps it at your chosen temp. When the unit is on, the temp display shows the actual temp of the water when you turn it on, and then the water temp you've chosen when you press the -+ for the temp setting. If you press the timer button, the display shows how many minutes are left on the timer. You can then press again to add time in increments of 10 minutes for a max of 60 minutes. When the unit is off but plugged in, the display reads 'OF.' There are small red lights where my heels rest, I'm not sure what they are for or whether they are effective -- they can be turned on or off just like all of the other features but usefulness or comfort are definitely not impacted either way. The instructions mention that the massager function should be run for about 15 minutes then turn the massager feature off for a bit to let it rest before using it again. The foot massager works pretty well. I'm able to move my feet around onto different areas of the pad to get an effective massage during the foot bath. Also, the foot massager pad can be taken out completely and it adds another inch of depth to the tub, or you can take it out for thorough cleaning. I'm very happy with this footbath, and would definitely recommend it over one of the cheaper more shallow units out there.

Very impressed my wife and I both love it
Very impressed with this foot spa. My wife and I have both used it twice in the week we have had it. We both love what it can do.SizeI am 6’4” and wear a size 15 shoe. I wear a size 13-14 boot. While it’s not ideally sized for my calves, my feet fit in it well. If you had to make it bigger you’d have a spa-sized unit, and that is just not realistic.Really impressed it could fit my feet. The massage rollers are pretty ideally placed for my foot size. There is not a ton of room to maneuver my feet, but the space I do have helps reach every part of my foot that needs the massager.Water TemperatureWater out of the tap is around 94 degrees. In 10 minutes of use, it’s at 104 easily. I usually keep it around 102, my wife takes it to 108. Either way, plenty of heat to help relax your feet.Massaging functionThis unit doesn’t have jets, but again, you’re not missing much. The shiatsu massage balls are great on either end of your foot. The roller feels great on the arch of your foot. There’s plenty of room to hit a specific spot you need covered.Other FeaturesThis unit has a nice little shower option which help get hot water further up your lower leg to help relax. It also makes a nice sound of water falling into the tray. A little side feature I did not know this unit had when I purchased, but pleasantly surprised.Clean upEmptying the water is very easy in the unit. Pop the tab on the hose, and bend it down. Unit goes from full to empty in a minute, maybe 90 seconds max. A little cover keeps anything not supposed to be in there out.OverallReally happy with this unit for the price. Would recommend if you stand on your feet all day or don’t take care of them well. It’s not a professional spa unit, but you’re not paying hundreds of dollars to get one. This is a great unit for the price, covers a lot of bases, and will leave your feet feeling great.

The heater works well
I want to mention the heater works great, I started with 62 degree water in the spa, after running 20 minutes, the water had risen to 105 degrees. I removed the wheels I installed because it made the unit feel pretty high, and resting on the floor felt better to me. I have used 2 other brands in the past that were half the height of this spa, although they worked, they couldn't really keep water warm, this does easily, even hot. The only negative is the sides are so high ( a good thing really), I need to hold my knees close together or my calves press outward on each side of the top of the machine, my legs about 5 inches max apart at the knees, but its worth the minor inconvenience

Great Value for the money
In this class of foot bath / massager this is pretty much the best you’ll get for the money (IMHO). 1. It’s deep enough to cover the ankles. 2. The drain hose has a convenient feature (with the caveat that you have access to a drain on the floor or ground). My next purchase will be a professional machine probably in the $1k neighborhood. In the mean time, some suggestions I would have paid $50 more for. 1. A cord wrap, detachable or retractable cord (when moving or draining the machine, the cord is in the way. 2. The wheels are too small for the capacity. 3. All the machines in this class don’t recommend using Epson salts but I’m gonna use them anyway - I think the material could be better reinforced. Otherwise, I am very happy with the machine thus far.

Absolutely Amazing
Whew... now, I know what relaxed feet feel like. The water fall, the heat control, the massage rotators... and some. They all add a level of relaxation that will blow you away. It's definitely a must have.

Wheels are useless
The wheels for this are lame & don't screw in or pop in and I'm now stuck with a foot massager I can't empty because I can't roll it to where I can drain it! What a waste of good money. The directions make no mention of the wheels either. What a joke.If you're handicapped, avoid this product.

Excellent gift item
I ordered this mini spa for my elderly parent as a birthday gift and it has exceeded my expectations. The massage and shower functions bring such joy and comfort to my parent. Very well made and worth the cost. Very pleased with this purchase.

Works Well
#1 - saves money on pedicures after only 2 pedicures at my local salon. I like the privacy of being able to give myself a pedicure#2 - it comes with wheels. The first time I used it I tipped it over and had water all over my bathroom. The problem was solved by taking the wheels off.

No bubble jets but massage is great!
The media could not be loaded. I'm on my 4th use of the unit and getting the hang of it.1 secure the wheels right away before filling it with water- you may not realize they aren't fully connected until you start rolling the unit.2 room temperature water takes about 25 minutes to heat up to 98 F. Fill with hot water to save time and unit heater use3 try to just test your feet on the massage rollers. I have to put a pillow under my legs to raise them so my feet don't press the massage rollers too hard.4 the unit is heavy enough when full so be careful lifting it if you fill and empty it in the bathtub. The hose is short too.Otherwise this is a great way to relieve lots of foot issues with hot hydrotherapy.I bought it to help in rehab for a broken ankle.

Love!
Easy to use. Didn't come with wheels though..onlyreason i gave 4 stars. Love the temperature heating feature, and love the massager. During it you may wonder if it is doing anything for your feet, but after it is done, you can tell the difference. Has automatic shut off which I love re: massager (so that motor doesn't overheat) and has a timer you can choose for non motorized bath. Easy to drain with hose. Although i do need to lift it to the side of the tub but then the hose does the rest once released.
