I am very happy with this.It is polished on one side. It is a great thing that I now own it. As we all know shungite if not polished wears off onto material. Hard and soft surface. I'd rather to have natural resources in purest form. If you don't want it to wear off color just place the polished side in grounding and be sure that the stainful side not be touched. U can place this in a safe place. A lot smaller than I thought. Emf protection is expensive.

This shungite tile is beautifully polished & has veins of pyrite shining through. Black carbon dust was all over it when I opened it but a rinse & thorough wipe with paper towels stopped that issue.I have to place my phone on the rough side as the polished side makes it slip off.I do wish they would make these cell phone sized=)

This 4" square piece is about 1/2" thick. I bought this to use in my Hybrid vehicle, with the goal of receiving less EMF exposure when I drive. I used a double sided adhesive product to stick it to my dashboard. I am definitely less drained after spending time in my car.

Purchased for a friend and she says she finds relief from pain issues with this tile.

Makes a great coaster for a cell phone.
