I like the strength training, quality, and feel of the product. It's a highly functional fitness aid that can exercise different muscles at the same time. It'll stimulate the muscles and feel good afterwards. I've had a couple of ABS trainers and this one seems very well made. It is very easy to set up, the body pads are also good too, not used them before. The user guide is simple to understand and follow. You can feel the difference from the first use. Value for money.

Thought I would give this a try as I had seen it advertised on several social media platforms. Have used it daily for about two months but I haven’t noticed any difference.If you want to tighten up or lose, some weight eat less and exercise more.

As small as it looks, it gives some contractions when you pop it on. I dont say its going to get you your dream body, but it does work your muscles , you can clearly feel it work
