This tape has been a godsend for my knees; I have EDS and my kneecap literally floats out of place both left and right when I’m walking, especially if using stairs - it will even drift when I’m just sat in the car due to the movement of the vehicle and the bumps in the road. All that to say, when applied a certain way, this tape stabilises my kneecaps and stays on for at least 4 days - through showering, physio, everything. It’s greatly received the frequency of my dislocations, and in turn, reduced my pain. But it is not easy to use, contrary to what you might thinkI have found that the tape needs to be applied in a very specific way, and there’s some big no-no’s if you want it to stick at all, let alone stabilise any area of the body.-The skin must be dry. Not I-just-got-out-the-shower-and-towelled-off dry, but full on dry.-You have to round off the corners of the tape to reduce fraying, but it will fray a little anyway.-If you don’t cut it in one fell snip it will fray at the edges of your cut; so use a big pair of scissors and cut across its whole width in one go.-You can’t reposition the tape if you want it to stay on for days, as it will just peel/roll off. Either take a picture of where you place it, or dot on your skin with a sharpie so you know where your cross-crossing needs to be - this avoids the need to reposition because you laid it down wrong (though this might not apply to others who don’t need to be so precise about what they’re pushing where).-Don’t touch the sticky side, or it will just peel off once applied.-It prefers to stick to skin, rather than itself.-The tape is very stretchy, so if you’re looking for stability you have to layer up the tape; which means you go through it quite quickly.All in all, I like that it works, which hasn’t really been the case for me with other tapes (or if they did work, they’d peel off in my sleep, or when I shower, or just through general wear) but given how finicky it is (and if you mess up you literally have to chuck it and start over) I think it’s overpriced. I bought the single roll and went through it pretty quick (~2 weeks) so you don’t get as much as I’d like for the cost - but in lieu of anything better, I’ll keep repurchasing.

The quality of the sports tape is so good the colours are so nice it’s so easy to use and last a very long time.the functionality is good you just wrap it around and peal of the sticker

I've been a long time user of this tape and have always sing their praises and had good experiences.It holds excrement well, ive never had a reaction despite being allergic to many adhesives. It's been my holy grail when it comes to working out and staying in motion.That was until I bought a new roll. It came in a different box which didn't bother me as the full seemed larger. I used an old ktape box to store it in as I know exposure to sun or heat can affect its hold. I apply the tape the same as I always do, the way I've never had any issues with in the past or even 3 days prior to exorcist the new roll, and 5 minutes later the rounded corners are peeling. 4 hours later, the whole thing peels off?. I applied it to my shoulder and it held for longer but any part of my body that bends, I.e knees I.e the place I use it on most, it peels instantly. Again, im not new to this tape or taping in general. This is no different application than the usual that works. I usually recommend this tape but I'm unsure if this is a dodgy roll or if they changed the tape. I bought a 3 pack of a different print and I hope those are better.

Use this to strap the underside of my foot (flat feet) and helps support it whilst running. Easy to apply and stays in place when even doing marathons. Good product and good price

Would recommend this tape, it’s even better than the one my physio uses. Only downside is, even though it stays on your skin after showering, you need to towel dry really well or if it’s somewhere that you can use a hairdryer than use it. Otherwise a really good product

Arrived promptly as you would expect from Amazon. Tape is ok but not as strong as other brands.

Very pleased with this purchase. Good quality, strong but still stretchy. The only negative is when taking it off quite a lot of the adhesive stays on your skin but it is relatively easy to get off. Would recommend

I bought this after searching for something that would stop blistering as I was going to Download Festival and anticipating the dreaded blisters.It's good tape and I'm sure would do a good job in other areas, but sadly it did not stop blistering and came off very quickly. I blistered within the first hour of walking, even with several layers of this stuff on. Shame as I had high hopes.4 stars as I'm sure it's good for other uses just not for blistering.

Mein Urteil fällt leider schlecht aus zum einen weil es sofort nach längeren baden abfällt ne Rötung plus blasen auf der Haut hinterlässt ich sehe aus und es juckt ungemein ich empfehle es nicht sorry

Das Tape ist sehr gut anzuwenden und klebt bei mir mal eben locker 6 Tage und mehr. Klare Weiterempfehlung
