So surprised that all reviews, including the video showing ironing, talk about ironing wrinkles like it's quick and easy. It is the complete opposite.The chair itself is fine, but it's so deeply wrinkled that no matter how good your iron is, it will take you hours and hours to smooth. I foresee days, not hours. And can't even smooth 100%. My pictures shown are after THREE hours of ironing -- only the front half, not even the bottom or sides or back or top. You have to really really push hard and it just tires you out fast.Also, every person who said they used an iron has caused damage to their chair. Can't avoid it. Unless you get this professionally cleaned and ironed out, you will cause some damage to your chair. Whether you get a cream one like I did and the ironing damages aren't that visible or not, it will happen because you either have to put iron on highest setting to even smooth anything OR you have to go over the same area again and again and again and again and again and again until you unfortunately cause damage at the same time. And the wrinkles aren't even completely gone.I don't know. Knowing this now, I would not recommend and would look for the same chair in a different material or method to ship, because this is NOT it. I am so surprised and so disappointed, and I'm so tired of ironing already. Just realistically expect to put in a LOT of blood sweat and tears to make your chair look somewhat normal. Ridiculous.edit / because the seller is so very generous and considerate, I'm changing my review to five stars. They offered to send the plush version of this leather chair, which I HIGHLY recommend getting. No wrinkles whatsoever, super comfortable and plush and cozy-looking. Again since seller is very forgiving and wants to work with you, I recommend getting whatever furniture and seeing if it fits your needs, and if not, the seller will work with you until it does. So five stars with a happy ending.

It came in a small vacuum sealed pack which is good. However, when you open it the chair is very wrinkled. It came with instructions to iron it to get rid of the wrinkles. And it really did! Just have some patience tho while ironing. It is very comfortable to sit in, the size is perfect and matches the rooms aesthetic. Overall, i would higly recommend this over other brands of this type of couch.

I’ve wanted one of these chairs forever for a reading chair for my kids. I loved this particular one because of the yellow/orange color, style and price point. It fluffed up nicely after opening it and we’ve owned it and used it for a couple of months now and it’s held up really well. I was a little worried about the size because I’ve never seen anyone actually sitting in these types of chairs. I’ve posted a picture of my 10 year old in it (he uses it daily and loves it). I’m 5’4 and it’s comfortable and fits well for me too. We chose this style of lounge chair over a bean bag and I’m so glad we did!

This is a great floor chair for the price point. I am disappointed I can't get the wrinkles out. I have ironed and ironed and the wrinkles will not come out. If I had to re-do I would order the plush version - but by the time I realized that was an option my return window had closed. (I had tried ironing it on low that many times - thinking each time it would get better). I use it while reading books and playing with my granddaughter. It is perfect for back support and to help me with ease of movement up and down off the floor! As she gets older - I know she will use it also to watch movies, etc. Just wish it was wrinkle free like the pictures show in the description.

Good quality and cute but not very comfortable for me, however my grandkids are happy and they think is comfortable. I have to add to be fair that this seller backs up their product 100% and care about their customers satisfaction.

Ordered two of these and they are so much better than I expected. Received them one week apart, in the photo you can see the fully expanded chair and the new one, fresh out of the box. This will give you a good idea of what to expect once you unpack.No bad smells opening the packages. Color is exactly as expected.I read a lot of reviews complaining about the wrinkles, however they nearly naturally fade away completely once the chair inflates completely. It does take a couple of days for the chair to expand to its fullest size.Really comfy, large and deep seating area. Good back support as well. Everyone is loving this already! Foam quality seems great for now, will have to see how it does over time.

I can't in good faith recommend this product to anyone.I had to initiate a return primarily because it was FAR smaller than the advertised picture dimensions.They advertise 37 inches long, I measured 34 inches.They advertise 29.5 inches tall, I measured 25 inches.They advertised a seat length of 24 inches, I measured 21 inches.They advertised a seat height of 14 inches, I measured 10 inches.No amount of "letting it sit" was going to make it expand enough to reach the advertised dimensions.Also, the product was "uneven" in the sense that the chair height measured something like 8 inches on one side, and 12 inches on the other. So sitting on it made you feel like you were sliding.The buttons also just "pop out" and dangle.Overall, this chair was a waste of my time to deal with.

Chair is comfortable but after only 24 hours of having it unboxed and sitting in it twice, one of the buttons popped right off. It is quite wrinkled and ironing doesn’t do much, the longer it’s unboxed, the better it looks.Overall would recommend but disappointed in the quality.
