Had a slight crack on one of the draws, these things happen during transit. I reached out to the customer service and they sent me a replacement draw next day. Great service, highly recommend.The unit itself is also fantastic, very sturdy and well put together. Whilst I did have a broken draw, I don't expect this to happen again, as the draws otherwise are very strong, just a heavy handed courier would be my guess.

Very disappointed as I had to get onto customer service about a box being broken when I took it out of the box and my daughter also looking forward to getting this, and the delivery was laid on top of that

Have tried contacting seller however this has proved quite difficult without setting up a refund. I don’t want to refund but to get a big yellow replacement box. It’s a lovely looking product with a good size but the boxes are quite flimsy- particularly for the price.
