My wife was at her wits' end and had taken to waking me up regularly so that she didn't strangle me in my sleep. My wife said that it sounded like I had died because I was so quiet. I didn't think it would matter, but this is now the best tool in my anti-snoring arsenal.

I have snored all 15 years of my marriage. I never knew how bad it was till my wife started loosing sleep. She was only getting about 3 hours a night.This small , simple and comfortable item has done it! I do not snore anymore. The first night I used it was the first night in 15 years she has slept peacefully. No rolling me over or sitting me up. I am 46 and this product definitely improved my sleep life. Wore one twice. Didn’t do anything to help my snoring. Comfortable after initial write feeling of runny nose. Slept well but my husband said still snored. Last night went to bed, woke up it wasn’t in place and couldn’t find, later work up choking/coughing unsure if I ate a bug or swallowed the magnet ! I’m a bit concerned.Would not recommend at this point.

I’m amazed !!! Genuinely amazed. My snoring has stopped and really happy !!!I breathe through my mouth at night as my nose gets congested. My snoring is sometimes so loud I startle myself awake! I have used nose strips which help but these often come unstuck during the night. Fed up with weird sleep positions with one hand pushed against my face to open up my nose I decided to give it a try.It’s a weird feeling to have something in your nose but at the same time be able to breathe so clearly. The sensation is like when you’ve cleared your nasal passage with a whole bottle of carvol menthol oil in a bowl of steaming water with a towel over your head lolI am delighted I did. Instant results! Like shoving 2 sharpened pencils up your nostrils and forcing them up into your brain but trust me you do get used to it.Once you find the right position up your snout it’s relatively comfortable.What other reviewers miss out is the reduction in stress and frustration caused by difficulties breathing is also very, very welcome. I slept very well and did not find using the product uncomfortable at all.I will be buying these every 3 months from now. Totally amazed at how well this works.

I'm quite happy with the implementation of this product, my father who frequently snores has been using these for 1 week now and these have had a massive improvement on the way he sleeps now.They arrive in 8 packs and are incredibly simple to clean or wipe down, I also slept with these for a series of nights to see their effectiveness, at first it felt odd sleeping with something inside my nostrils but once I had fallen asleep and repeated for the next few nights, it felt unnoticeable.Perhaps, if you suffer from an episodic snoring pattern these will help you a lot.

I had reservations because of the design.I had septoplasty for a deviated septum but still would like something at night to help even more.Usually the device should open up the nostrils but I saw the reviews and said why not try this comfier method.It sits like a septum piercing and does nothing for me. It actually blocks my airway. I have a small/med size nose.Breathing with this feels like pre septoplasty.Rating it 3 and not 0 because it didn’t work for me.If you need something to widen your nose to help it might not be for you.If you have a different issue I def could be.They are tiny and well made. All 8 came with casesMagnet is not strong

Great device to stop snoring

I can't say enough good things about this product! My snoring (and my husband's) had become a problem, causing a lot of restless nights. This little device is very small, comfortable to wear and works like a dream. On top of that, it's very inexpensive. I never dreamed it could be this simple. Highly recommend.
