ProHealthLongevity Green Tea EGCG Extreme (390mg EGCG, 100 Capsules) (Green Tea Supplement)

I have fibroids and I read that these could help shrink the fibroids. So I am giving them a try so I don’t have to be forced into a hysterectomy. Hopefully these green tea EGCG capsules will do the trick- praying

I started taking these any two weeks ago for my fibroids. I take two capsules a day to get close to the 800 mg EGCG that I've read helps with combating the fibroids' ability to maintain themselves. It may be awhile before I can say whether my symptoms have improved or the tumors shrunk, but for now, I'm only giving 4 stars because I haven't noticed any feeling upon taking the pills. Drinking green tea typically helps me with digestion and I feel the effects working pretty quickly, but when I take these, I feel nothing afterward. No digestive help, no energy boost. Also, I'm puzzled about the reddish color. But, big as they are, I will say that the pills go down fairly smoothly so that's a plus.Hopefully I'll have a more exciting report in a couple of months and be able to update with a full five stars.

good value on active ingredients compared to others

I am a repeat customer for this product. I've found it to have the highest content of EGCG, without a significant difference in price to other brands, making these a great value. I found this to be a great supplement in general, and this has been my goto brand. I also like the Life Extension brand, but it has slightly lower egcg content.

I am not feeling any different taking this. But, not feeling worse so at least I am not poisoning myself trying this product

This supplement is great for increased motivation and good for focus. It helps with immunity and is a great all around supplement.I get all the benefits of green tea.

So far this product has helped with my weightloss effort, exercise, and clear skin.

Product was a year old when I got it. Asked customer service (CS) "why" and got a non-answer (like you would get from a politician. ) Also asked where the ingredients came from, and again got a deflective answer - manufactured in America. I do not know of any tea farms anywhere in north or south America. Will not buy from a company that cannot answer simple questions directly. I do not have confidence and trust in them.I have seen "use by" dates on other EGCG products that showed a 2 year shelf life. That means to me that this product may have lost half its potency. I emphasize "may have" because I am not a chemist and do not really know that to be a fact - but it is a reasonable assumption. So why buy a product that shows 390 mg when it may have only 195 mg potency left? I wonder how many of the effusive 4 & 5 star raters even looked at the manufacturing date located at the bottom of the contents label?
