MY CHICKENS, Love it!!
I was searching for something like this gravity feeder for my chicken's Oyster shells. I was about to make something then saw this for a great value. Who cares what color; I got a pretty blue. But love the lid to keep rain out of it and it holds more than enough for the chickens to peck at-will. It offers a couple of different methods to mount the bracket that is strong and sturdy. Yet I mounted in such a way that even the "foot" on the bottom could add more stability on the 2x4 frame next to the wire 'wall'. I think the chickens will not be able to move it around in their hungry haste. I was very happy to find this and put it into immediate use, with the expectation of many years functionality. Oh, I got it several days quicker than promised! That made me very happy too. UPDATE: HAD TO GET A 2ND ONE. WISHED IT WERE BLUE LIKE THE PICTURE AND MY FIRST ONE RATHER THAN LIME GREEN. TRYING TO FIND A BETTER PLACE SO WATER DOESN'T COLLECT IN THE SHELLS.

Really works!
I used this for my rats, as I was going to be gone for a few days and I had no worries about them running out of food.

It works for my rats and their cage
This attached easily to the inside of my rat’s cage that has 1/2 inch horizontal bars. It seems to be pretty sturdy and I don’t foresee it falling down without tremendous force being applied to it. For my 8 adult rats I estimate it can hold about one week’s worth of dry food. It is made out of plastic so I am hopeful they don’t start chewing it. But the plastic is thick and is preferable to me as I don’t like the sharp edges or look of the metal commercial farm variety that they modeled this after. Should it fail I will update this review, otherwise I recommend this product.

Great
Great little rabbit feeder. Probably would have benefit from a bigger capacity because my rabbit is BIG. Don’t place super close to water source if your bun is messy. Mine drinks and splashes water so it splashed a bit into the food which made it into mush. Great after it was moved up a bit. Also my rabbit is a chewer and this hasn’t been a victim yet.

Bad color
The seller should mention the “assorted” colors. I was expecting green to match the rest of my coop feeders, but I got an awful purple. Not worth the hassle of returning

Not Chew Proof
It screwed on nice and tight to the cage, Bunbury the Rabbit pulled it off. I used a nontoxic glue...and he chewed through the exact right spot to get it off and dump the whole thing all over the cage. Maybe I just need a dumber rabbit :-)To address what appears to be comments on size, it holds enough food for it to still be fresh food. I wouldn't want for it to feed my rabbit for two weeks because the food at the bottom would always be stale. This product didn't make any promises it couldn't keep, it was simply not what I was hoping for.

Stores enough food for my two adult rats for more than a week, and stopped them from stashing food
Rats are funny little creatures. They have a habit of stashing food away if you use a regular bowl and feed them once or twice a day. It's cute at first, but can be a pain when you realize that they bury all that food in the bedding, and find a lot of food that's being tossed out during cleaning time.Using this feeder, I no longer have to feed them regular food on daily basis, which allows me to concentrate on feeding them occasional treats. Not only that, food stashing stopped. My rats no longer stash their food, knowing that they have plenty of food readily available. On the bottom of the feeder, there are small holes where small crumbs are automatically filtered out as food is dispensed. This feature is handy for keeping the inside of the feeder clean, but also dumps the crumbs directly below the feeder itself. You can easily get around this by putting a small pan underneath and dumping it out whenever you clean the cage.
