Great for working out.

Used for two sessions with 12 yr old baseball team. Holds up even when landed on. Lightweight easy to transport. Only wished set came with 6 hurdles. 5 is too little so I bought 2 sets but the boys seem to lose their form when using 10.

Nice but break easy
These work well for quickness drills, but if you have a miss step and land on the wrong part you will bend or break it.
