E-z Pool All in One Pool Care Solution (40 Lbs)

I read all the reviews before purchasing this product. It seemed like so much money but the reviews were so promising. I’ve been having trouble balancing the ph/alkanity/chlorine in my pool for awhile now. After buying many different products and testing and testing and still not getting the right balance I was about ready to give up. So with the reviews being soooo good I went ahead and spent the money. Took a little longer to arrive but when it did I couldn’t wait. I immediately open it to see a container about 1/2-2/3 full which seemed odd to me. I didn’t take the time to actually weigh the container I just wanted to see if it truly worked. I read the instructions and started scooping. (I even called my friend and invited her over to swim the next day.) So 8 hrs pass and no change. Test again at 12 hrs, no change. Test again at 24 hrs, no change. Went to my local pool hall expert to have my water tested again. She said it looked like I hadn’t put anything in it as the results were the same as the first time I had them test it. She had also never heard of this product. I’m frustrated. I go home and dose it again, test the next morning, still not right. At this point I’ve already used almost the whole bucket with nothing positive to say. Wasted a lot of money.

I had ordered this twice, (but thanks to FedEx, one order never arrived...but that isn't E-Z pools fault) anyway, the one I did get worked perfectly. I had gotten the smallest one since I wasn't sure if it was going to work or not. I had to use the entire small bucket on my pool due to its water capacity. I can tell you before I had dumped it in I had a fair amount of algae growth going on; but within a few minutes of this being dumped in, the algae both below the surface and on top started to be taken care of. I legit highly recommend this.

The crazy thing about this stuff is I only used it ONCE in 3 months here in south central Texas and along with the floating chlorine tabs & one done of stabilizer it kept my levels perfect! My pool was beautiful and clear the whole time. I never had to buy anything else.

We have used this product for several years in our above ground pool. If you use it as directed once a week and maintain the other levels in your pool you will not have to do anything else. It is fantastic. We have found that it can change overnight the condition and color of your pool water. it can change from green and murky to clear and blue. It is marvelous and the price is good and the service is great through Amazon. We are happy customers. Our pool is almost 16 years old and above ground 25 X 75 inches.

Heard there was a chlorine shortage and know how much I use a season and how hard it is to find in a normal season I bought this right away. Not the tablets I usually get but in pinch they will work.

I’ve had my pool for 14+ years so pool chemicals are nothing new to me but I have never had this much trouble getting the container open. I’m going to end up using a hammer and screwdriver to open it.

For how expensive this was, I was a little disappointed to find that the bucket of powder was a solid clump. The scoop was cemented in and took me over a half hour to break apart to just get the scoop out. Seems to have gotten moisture in the bucket somehow to cause it to harden. The product works great once I was able to use it!
