Was able to correct error quickly
I ordered a double sided flag which I received in a incorrect manner (the obverse was on the reverse and vise versa), after filing a complaint the immediately reached out to me and offered to send a replacement free of charge without a return of the incorrect flag.The customer service was friendly and understanding, I recommend this company to anyone looking for niche things like double sided flags.The quality of the flag is high and the printing is also very nice and clear unlike other companies who's flags come out looking blurry if it has smaller text on it.5 stars, will return for more in the future!
