The size of the coal
When I ordered this there was an error in the quantity but after contacting retailer, Stephen was kind enough to sort it and and really appreciated the quick service. The coals look lovely and not to small or bulky but large.

Be aware of the shape of the coals
Bought to replace some very old coals. Their performance seems good, but their down side is they are totally flat on 4 of their 6 sides!! This has made it tricky to place them in the grate so that the wholly unrealistic flat sides are not visible. Shame.

Good buy
Pleased with our purchase. Rather angular however looked the part. They have filled in the gaps in our gas fire and and do the job.
