We got this tv as a replacement for Nana's bedroom tv. The one she had was a bit old and couldn't add extra apps. She now wanted to use Disney+ so this was an issue. This tv is very easy to setup. And can be wall mounted easily. It is very thin so you might have to add spacers to allow a bit of space between tv and wall for cable access and fitting. The setup does push you to f Download a Samsung app for smart devices which i wasn't keen on, but it makes setup much easier. It's pre loaded with all the most common apps like prime / netflix/ disney+/ spotify and has lots of choice to add more. There's lots of connectivity options to other smart devices. As this was for Nana we kept it simple and made sure she could stream what she wanted. This comes with 2 remotes (1 simple, 1 full options) which is great for making it easier to use. The image quality is excellent, sharp and bold colours, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. There's no tin sound which you sometimes get. Good quality, really good value on sale. Bought when on offer and its well worth the money. Used to have Samsung then switched to Sony - the move back with this TV was a move in the right direction. Samsung have improved their smart TV app and it's so much nicer to use than my last experience. Quick, responsive and this one came with 2 remotes which is handy as I have more chance of finding it in my house. Screen is wonderfully sharp and the sound is great, haven't plugged in my surround sound and don't think I'll need to.

Good value tv panel. Light to place in situ. Pic is very good for the money. Sound is pretty reasonable, superior to the LG i had previously. Colours are bright definition is very good. Remote is also easy to use. Pity it is not backlit though. Cannot comment on broadcast tv picture, i do not watch broadcast tv. But on apple tv & firestick, very good. UPDATE 30/01/25 The on/off button needs an extra hard press to operate. This has been slowly developing for a few weeks. I do not know how long it will remain operational tbh. It will likely stop operating altogether. Then it will have to be one of the replacement one for all remotes from amazon! Pity that the quality has dropped off to such an extent, it is only weeks old!

This is a lovely tv, the colours are bright and sharp

Well packaged quick delivery. Very easy to attach the legs ,the TV basically sets itself up to get the apps sorted and logged into was a bit of a pain but that's my fault for being old. Need one less gadget as this TV gets all the apps we use so no fire stick required. Great picture only had it set up 3 hours still figuring out the home screen ,finding my way round etc but that won't take long. Quite impressed with Samsung TV plus ,some ok stuff included ,the live channels on it are pretty similar to what's on Amazon but hey.. it's free. Based on my experience so far I can only recommend this TV. EDIT 27/09/2025 So after a couple of months ,this TV suffers to my eye anyway quite badly with both DSE ,dirty screen effect and vertical banding. The vertical banding is mainly at both side edges of the screen and the dse is also mainly at the side edges as well. Sods law I'm outside the return period and Samsung don't want to know under the warranty saying it's not a fault. Anyone in the same boat with messing with the picture settings and viewing only pretty much head on it's acceptable but still often noticeable. I'm going to wait til black Friday and then this will be relegated to a bedroom for limited use. Learnt my lesson ,my one and only Samsung ,and if I get the reply TV from Amazon as well ,I'll be testing the bejesus out of the thing well before the 30 day return period expires Can't recommend Samsung under any circumstances. Check this fault for the screen on this model yourself ,dig far enough on the Google results and you'll find the complaints.

Perfect, ease to set up and great picture quality

Excellent TV, good price, colour brilliant, sound brilliant, easy to set up, excellent value for money.

Does everything you expect a smart tv to do. Picture and sound quality are excellent. But it was an upgrade to an older tv, so anything would be better. Easy to set up and easy to navigate around the menus. Comes with 2 remotes, a simple one and a normal one with lots of buttons. The simple one is all you need, it does everything. Only downside is that the tv just about fits the gap where the old one was, so if buying it for an average sized sitting room double check measurements, particularly the height.
