Hassle free operation and fast installation
I believe this is the best UTC ro available in the market. There are no issues and water quality is perfect. It has good flow and pressure and doesn’t take much time to fill a bottle. Only drawback is this unit lacks tds meter which needs to be installed additionally to make sure you get proper TDS as due to multiple filtration and UV the reading go as low as 30-35. Which is not recommended

Good product. Need time to update on performance
Good product. Delivered on time. Installation was a day later than promised but it was done well. Build quality and performance seems to be good. TDS is well maintained around 100 and the taste of water is good. I shall review it again after a month of using it too. Cheers.

Attachment to install the product are payable because the company send oversized attachment
The item is good but the attachment with the product to installed are over sized . Installation person asked us to pay extra. It was a default error by the company . The attachment can't be used with 99.99% products.

Poor quality, No service
The seller promised a free installation and demo by "by verified experts". I waited for 6 days for the " verified experts" to install it. On the 6th day, I accepted my fate and decided to install it myself. After the installation, it started leaking from inside. A quick search on the internet revealed that it is a very common issue with these water purifiers. I had to then open the main unit to fix the leak. Water was leaking from one of the loosely connected push-fit hoses. What it reveals is that there was absolutely no quality assurance was done before shipping this product. The build quality and the fit and finish of the product are really bad. Overall, it looked like a primary school hobby project. The ABS plastic is very flimsy. Everything is shaking and moving. There was no defined space for routing the wires and cables. Above all there was no warranty card or user manual inside the box. The only good thing is that it is very easy to use. There are no switches or settings to go wrong. All you have is a faucet. Open it you get water.

the product is great, it comes with a water tester as well so that you are sure water is well purified, the installation process was also very easy, installation executive came on scheduled date and it took him just 15 minutes to install it
