As a lot of other reviewers have noted, the Atuvos trackers are a strong alternative to Apple AirTags. I found this out first-hand during a recent trip to Europe. I hadn't flown since before the pandemic hit, and I had heard horror stories about the increase in lost luggage. So I bought two 4-packs of the Atuvos tags, as well as a $6 bulk pack of low-cost, "S" style carabiners and I added them to every piece of luggage, my wife's and my carryons, my wife's purse, even my AirPods Pro. Adding them to the "FindMy" app on my iPhone 14 Pro was a breeze. Simply turn on the tag - that's right, they have a handy power on/off, reset button on the device - and add it to FindMy. It pops right up. Then the fun began. I started testing the tags to see whether they really would let me track my bags just about everywhere. As soon as my wife and I arrived at long-term parking at the airport, I started obsessing about FindMy and watching my bags move around with is. At the terminal, I watched as checked luggage hopped from here to there around the airport until it finally showed up on the baggage trolley next to our first flight. When we reached cruising altitude, I took a walk back from our seats near the front of the plane and suddenly all our luggage popped up right beneath me! When we got to our transfer in Amsterdam, I watched as our bags hopped off the plane, meandered there way over to our next gate, and finally showed up in the belly of our next flight. That's the way it went throughout our trip. The Atuvos trackers worked perfectly. The range is long, the beep is loud, and it gave me the confidence that if a bag really had gone missing I would have found it, or at least found the last place it had been before someone turned off the tracker. And that's the pro/con of these devices. They won't just turn off on their own. The button takes a good firm press, so it won't simply turn off with a bounce or jostle. But unlike AirTags they *can* be turned off. If someone finds one attached to your bag, it's a simple button press to disable the tracker and make your bag go "off the grid." But for what they are, they're a GREAT value. They're sturdy, the clip hole is something Apple should have incorporated into AirTags, and their range is super-long, a claimed 400'. Highly recommended!

I really like this product! I di have issue with accuracy one day and it seems like if you havent checked the location in days and have legit it behind it doesn't seem to track right away it searches for it. Also do not like that its has to have a battery. It was very easy to setup, button was responsive, security is good, the design is very discreet so its not obvious that its something I'm using to track.

Oh please, Amazon, offer a zero star rating. This product is awful in so many ways. The price is unbeatable, but the product isn't worth the hassle. For starters, the Amazon driver failed to follow the delivery instructions, and final delivery was delayed. That, in itself, is unacceptable. When the item finally did arrive, two of the four units failed to pair with the "Find My" app. After replacing the battery in one faulty unit, it paired successfully. This indicates that the seller/manufacturer ships the product with weak batteries. Still, it paired successfully. When I tried to replace the battery in the second faulty unit, the device separated on the wrong side and exposed the circuit board, not the battery. It was nearly impossible at this point to get the other side cover off, but I eventually managed it. After replacing the battery, I put the whole unit back together, but the power button doesn't work. After disassembling again and adjusting the waterproof lining to ensure contact with the circuit board, I snapped the unit back together. No joy. The unit won't even start. While this could be an issue of static electricity damage (I don't have an ESD bracelet), it was only possible because the unit did not disassemble correctly. The instructions say to part the halves with a fingernail or other item. Don't use your nails - you'll regret it. The only thing you'll regret more is having purchased this item. So at this point I've basically got 3 for the price of 4, in which case I should have just dropped the $$ for the AirTags.

This worked for me and connects to my Iphone find my items app. Have been using a few months and batteries are still going strong

There are many advantages over the Apple AirTag but one huge downside will stop me from buying these again. The connect in the Find My app easily, location find is easy to use. It comes in a key ring format so you don't have to buy anything else, you can just stick it right on your keychain. The down side is changing the battery. Of the four of these I bought I've only manager to change the battery on one without breaking it. They really need to change the design and make battery replacement easier.

Makkelijk in gebruik. Ik gebruikte eerst Airtags maar als die leeg waren (ging best snel) moest ik ze helemaal uit elkaar halen om vervolgens de batterij telkens vervangen. Maar deze zijn oplaadbaar dus veel makkelijker. Alleen heb je een wireless charger nodig. (Heb ik zelf nog niet)

Credo che quasi a tutti sarà capitato di non ritrovare delle chiavi od una borsa, come un oggetto personale che sappiamo magari si trova comunque in casa ed i dispositivi compatti, sonori, che ci aiutano a non passare ore in ricerche, mi hanno sempre incuriosito, quando perciò ho notato questo ATUVOS Smart Tracker Tag mi ha incuriosito per le interessanti caratteristiche descrittive ed ho deciso di provarlo per sostituire degli articoli simili non più performanti. Ho già avuto modo di apprezzare la funzionalità di altri Smart Tracker Tag ed ammetto che le aspettative per questo ATUVOS erano piuttosto alte ma non sono state disattese. Il dispositivo arriva in una pratica e compatta confezione, nella quale troviamo 2 DISPOSITIVI con un MANUALE di ISTRUZIONI anche in italiano piuttosto chiaro ed esaustivo, mentre purtroppo manca una ANELLO di aggancio e nessuna PILA CR2032 di scorta oltre a quella già inserita. Il DESIGN di questo ATUVOS Smart Tracker mi è piaciuto e sebbene non inventa nulla di rivoluzionario con la sua forma regolare e la colorazione nera, ha comunque un suo carattere e personalità che lo differenziano da altri dispositivi simili. Nonostante si tratti di uno Smart Tracker Tag prevalentemente in abs/plastica, questo ATUVOS mi ha trasmesso una palpabile consistenza e robustezza, con una apertura del guscio per verificare la batteria che mi ha confermato la sua solidità. Le DIMENSIONI contenute di circa 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm e 0.8 mm di spessore, risultano inoltre molto pratiche per poter posizionare un dispositivo quasi ovunque, nelle tasche di un portachiavi oppure utilizzando un biadesivo, un anello od un laccetto. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la scelta progettuale di prevedere un dispositivo che per la ATTIVAZIONE e FUNZIONAMENTO non necessita di scaricare una nuova APPLICAZIONE, dato che è compatibile con la FINDMY Apple, ovvero "Dov'è". E' stato infatti sufficiente rimuovere l'etichetta dalla batteria, aprire la applicazione "Dov'è" dal mio iPhone per vedere subito lo Smart Tag tra gli oggetti trovati, insieme al mio MacBook, l'iPad e l' Apple Watch, oltre ad un altro dispositivo di differente marca sempre compatibile con il "Dov'è", un plus che ritengo non vada sottovalutato in fase di acquisto da chi è utilizzatore di dispositivi Apple. L'ABBINAMENTO tra il dispositivo ATUVOS e l'iPhone non ha quindi necessitato più di un paio di secondi ed è risultato piuttosto elementare come altri dispositivi di tracciamento compatibili con la applicazione Apple. Alla prova sul campo ho ABBINATO i due ATUVOS con un mazzo di chiavi di casa e quello della mia Jeep, inserendone ognuno in una tasca laterale del portachiavi a bustina, fornendogli anche un NOME ed una IMMAGINE differente da quello assegnato di default. Messo subito alla prova sul campo, ho riscontrato uno Smart Tag che funziona egregiamente, ovvero con estrema precisione e puntualità SUONA per ritrovare ciò che si è perso con una attivazione con ricerca volontaria ed AVVISO SONORO. Ho apprezzato di come sia effettivamente semplice RITROVARE quanto si è perso, ovvero nel caso non ricordiamo dove è il nostro TELEFONO basta premere il tasto presente sullo Smart Tag per farlo suonare, viceversa dalla applicazione si può invece far suonare il nostro ATUVOS abbinato ad altri oggetti, inserito per esempio nel portachiavi di casa o della auto od in una borsa od applicato ad un passaporto. Durante gli utilizzi ho rilevato una efficienza di funzionamento di questo Smart Tag sensibilmente superiore di altri di differente marca che negli anni ho utilizzato, probabilmente per la copertura maggiore che raggiunge i circa 50/60 metri, ma anche per la piena compatibilità con la applicazione "Dov'è" di Apple che snellisce le procedure di ritrovo. Vivendo in una casa su due piani mi è infatti già capitato di dimenticare magari un mazzo di chiavi in una stanza lontana oppure al piano terra, mentre io sono al primo piano e già dai primi test ho apprezzato un dispositivo che tramite il mio iPhone mi consente di ritrovare ciò che cerco anche ad una distanza di oltre 25/30 metri all'interno di casa, con diversi muri che separano lo Smart Tag dal telefono. L'ultima verifica che andrà fatta è se questo dispositivo ATUVOS manterrà la sua efficienza anche nel corso dei mesi, in quanto con altri Smart Tag con il tempo le performance sono state progressivamente meno efficienti, tanto che ho dovuto sostituirli, ma avevano una loro applicazione dedicata. Nel complesso mi sento quindi di promuovere questa coppia di ATUVOS Smart Tracker Tag, che nell'ambito casalingo trovo più che efficiente nel ritrovare piccoli o medi oggetti che portiamo normalmente con noi e che potremmo "perdere", un dispositivo che si collega alla applicazione "Dov'è" di Apple con buona efficienza e semplicità. In quanto al PREZZO di 29.99 euro a cui ho acquistato i due dispositivi e fine dicembre 2023, valuto il costo interessante ed equilibrato per le caratteristiche del prodotto e se nei prossimi mesi la loro efficienza dovesse mantenersi inalterata, è probabile che ne acquisterò altri. Per ciò che riguarda la spedizione e consegna di Amazon sono state come sempre efficienti e puntuali grazie al servizio Prime. Mi auguro che questa recensione possa essere di auto e se avete dubbi o quesiti non esitate a chiedere.
