While the connection diagrams in the manual were clear, the instructions themselves were poorly written and difficult to follow, which could frustrate less tech-savvy users. The biggest downside, though, is that the switch loses all its settings if there’s a power outage or if you turn off power at the main DB. While this may not be a significant issue in areas like Dubai with stable electricity, it could be a dealbreaker in regions prone to frequent outages, as you’ll need to redo the setup every time. Overall, while the design is impressive and the functionality works well once set up, I consider the lack of memory retention as a significant drawback that potential buyers should consider.
