Don't buy this product. There is no premium feel. Even the arm rest is unstable. And after getting back from reclined position, you will get sound. They helped till the return period is over. Then they stopped support. They send technician just to say me it happens with these chairs and it's normal. Better go with other brand. The armrests are quite unstable; the support team explained that 4-way adjustable armrests are naturally a bit wobbly, but it still detracts from the solid feel you’d expect. Maintenance: To fix the noise issue, I had to apply WD-40 myself. Service Experience: Although the support team reached out, they refused to send a technician to apply the lubricant unless I paid for a service visit—even though the chair was brand new and the issue was present from day one. I ended up borrowing the solution from a friend to fix it myself. I have been using this chair for the last few days, and honestly, after reading so many positive reviews, I am a bit confused. I expected a lot more for a chair that costs around 10k. Before this, I was using a basic Green Soul chair that cost me around 3k. I wasnt happy with that one either. The seat cushion became flat within a few months, and the gas lift stopped working after about two years. This time I was ready to spend more for a better chair. After a lot of research, I shortlisted the Jupiter Pro and a chair from The Sleep Company. The Sleep Company chair seemed to have a better cushion, but the Jupiter Pro had more features, so I decided to buy this one. Although I had bad experience with green soul before , still I dared to buy it again. After using it for a few days, here's what I feel: What I liked: - The mesh back is nice and feels good. - The armrests are slightly soft, so they dont hurt your elbows. - The seat can slide forward by about 5 cm, and thats probably the feature I liked the most. - The wheels move smoothly. What I didnt like: - The lumbar support didnt impress me. Its a little better than cheaper chairs, but not by much. Also, when you adjust it, it sometimes feels uneven. - The seat cushion isnt flat. It has a curved shape, probably for better posture, but I personally found it uncomfortable. - the head rest doesnt seem to be of any use to me. You will use it only when you want to lean back and relax. - Overall, I never got the feeling that I was sitting on a premium 10k. Maybe my expectations were too high because of all the reviews, but I honestly dont think this chair is worth the price. Its not a bad chair, but I dont feel it offers enough to justify spending 10k. If you are buying it because of the hype, I will suggest compare it with the chair from sleep company.
