After 1 week doesn’t work

Stopped working after less than a month

Please note, the one star rating is the fact that the claimed 2-year warranty is incorrect for the UAE, not a rating of the machine itself. The confusing thing is the design is owned by Nestle, and is made for them under license by both Krups and Delonghi. Identical models, both good, but Krups do not support it in the UAE, so if it has their logo on it, it is not only not covered by warranty, but they cannot even do a paid repair as they do not have parts. Delonghi will not repair it because, although they have the parts, it has not been made by them. I learnt this the hard way, and had to throw mine away after less than a year. So, in UAE (and possibly other GCC countries?), make sure you are buying the De'Longhi version. If you can't see a logo on it, the Krups part number begins with KP, the De'Longhi part number begins with EDG.

I ordered this product from the Amazon Australia website only for it to arrive and be a European plug! Nowhere does it state it's a European plug. Why sell on Amazon Australia amd not state this? Very dissapointed.

Buena máquina a un buen precio. Muy compacta. Ésta es modelo es semi automática, no hace falta parar el agua, solo hay q indicar la cantidad q recomienda cada capsula y se para sola. Calienta rápido. Salpica si no colocas el vaso o taza a la altura adecuada. Hace un poco de ruido según el vaso que se coloque pero nada molesto. Facil y rápido de limpiar, con trapo o papel las gotas q han caido al quitar la capsula, es bueno hacerlo en cada servicio. Tarda menos de un 30 segundos en servir el contenido de la capsula. He pedido y probado casi todas las capsulas y nos encantan, cada uno tiene su momento del día. A mi me llego con la cafetera una pequeña caja con 4 " sabores ". Calculo que el tanque lleno da para unas 3 tazas (de 6 rayas cada taza/ 220 ml)
