The Jura broke after barely a month of use.
This coffee machine was awesome. We loved it. It made awesome coffees really easy. Then it broke. We barely had it a month. When you ask it to make 8 oz of coffee barely one oz ends up in your cup. We called customer service, and they said we have to send it in to get is fixed. That will be pretty expensive. We are pretty bummed because we just bought it in July.

Worth the money
Have an older version of this also, a few updates on the newer version. When our cheaper brand stopped working decided it was worth the extra money to get the E8. Expensive but worth every penny.

Cheap plastic compliance
The ledge where you set the coffee pot is very very small for the right cappuccino side. The chrome on that ledge where you set your coffee cup is made of cheap plastic, scratches and looks like crap after a week. I called up the company to see if they could send me a new one, and I would cover it with a paint protection film to keep it looking better. Company said send it back and would not help me. for such an expensive Appliance, you think where you set your cups would be durable and not cheap chrome plastic. I would think twice about buying it again as I bought it for my wife and don’t wanna take it back.

I have had a jura for ten years. I purchased another Jura thinking it would be easier to clean. I am still having to clean but, it is easier to clean. I am happy with my buy

Premium Coffee Experience, but Buy Elsewhere!
The Jura E8 in Piano Black is a fantastic machine that brews exceptional coffee, but I had a frustrating experience with my purchase. Unfortunately, the unit I received from Amazon arrived used, which was disappointing. I ended up having to buy a new one directly from the manufacturer's website, where I received a fresh machine. It’s important to note that the warranty is not honored for purchases made through Amazon, which is a significant drawback. While the product itself is outstanding and delivers barista-quality drinks, I would strongly advise against buying it on Amazon due to my experience. Stick to the manufacturer for the best results!
