After hearing Dr Gabrielle Lyon talk about Urolithin A, I had to try it. I don’t know if it’s working, but I know it’s not making me feel worse! The only supplements I take are ones that claim to promote bone strength and cognitive function, while reducing cortisol. Currently for me those are Urolithin A, Boron and Fish Oil. I take all of them in the morning.These supplements are combined with a daily caloric intake of 2,000 or less calories that include 1gram of protein for every pound of my body weight (as of writing I’m at 180lbs and I stand at 5’8”.) Typically I take in about the same or less in carbs and half that number in daily fat consumption. I am also moving a great deal throughout the day and doing some light body weight/banded exercises while my shoulder and foot heal from…being old. If I had to pinpoint which of all those things have increased my muscle, decreased my inflammation and helped bring down my very high triglyceride and cholesterol levels and chronic inflammation, I’d say it’s all of them combined. I am also taking statins and am hoping I can get off those eventually.

I received the Gesundgeist Urolithin A 1500mg-120 Softgels and the box, nor the bottle, did not give product details only that it was manufactured for Gesundgeist, and listed their address. I searched Google Maps and the address is to a house in California. I Amazon messaged the seller asking, by whom the product was made and in what country. My concern was, what kind of facility, was there 3rd party testing? After seven days passed with no response from the seller, I contacted Amazon. They refunded the purchase for me.Lesson learned: never purchase this type of product if pertinent details, like country where manufactured and 3rd party testing, are not given in the listing.

I'm grateful for the quality ingredients and transparency of this supplement. Knowing exactly what I'm putting into my body gives me peace of mind, and the results speak for themselves.
