Amazing product for its price
I've started using this product since Oct, 2024 and it has been a nice product since, it even has little board to mute, increase volume, decrease volume on it, the wires sometimes get tangled, but that is most of the time my table's messiness. Size was a bit uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it

Good mic and headphone with noise cancellation but too tight with ear. Not prefer for those who has vestibular problem means for those who feels dizziness dur to air tight ear should avoid it.

Defective headset received
Faulty product received.I've received the product just now and tested and below are the following issues.1) Mic is not working (crackling/static/ticking sound when audio is recorded).2) Audio when heard adding tickling sounds which is irritating and causing headache.3) No return/refund policy.4) Replace policy is present but it gives 2 options only. First to "Troubleshoot on your own" and second is to "contact the manufacturer" via email and phone number. The funny part is their phone number is of 11 digits.Totally waste. Defective item worth ₹1390.Their is no return or replace policy, please I urge not to buy this product. It's worthless.

Good for meeting calls
Sound quality is average. Good for meeting calls. Although USB sound quality is always little bit lower than 3.5. Within budget the product is nice.
