I’ve been using this for a month, and I’m genuinely impressed. In terms of hardware, it performs similarly to other top-tier robot vacuums — it cleans about 90% of my home efficiently. Like most, it’s not perfect along the edges, but it’s still one of the best options on the market. What really sets it apart is the software. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Dividing rooms on the map, adding furniture, setting different cleaning modes by room, and customizing cleaning priorities — all of it is straightforward. The smart “no-go zones” and virtual walls are especially useful. I can even set it to vacuum without mopping in specific areas and define custom start and end times. One feature I really want to highlight is the quiet mode. It’s quiet enough that I can comfortably enjoy TV shows or make calls while it’s running — something I’ve rarely experienced with other robot vacuums. The built-in camera is another bonus. I occasionally use it as a quick home monitor when I’m away, which adds an extra layer of convenience. Overall, no regrets — it’s made my routine easier and more pleasant.

Very good machine elegant by its simplicity with good performance in regards vacuuming and mopping however massively let down by Samsung in regards ability to purchase consumables! Mops are just not available on their site so third party companies unrealistically artificially and significantly inflating prices! We have a house littered with Samsung products but we will have to think very very hard about continuing that trend!

You want it to be the perfect companion for your home. But right now, the software just isn't letting that happen. ​The hardware is ready, but the mapping intelligence feels trapped. It struggles to navigate the intimacy of a smaller British home, and that is where the frustration sets in. ​The Main Issues: ​Mapping Glitches: I have had to delete and redo the maps several times. If it gets lost on its way back to the base, it is usually because the original map has glitched. ​"Ghost" Walls: It has a hard time distinguishing furniture from structure. It sees a sofa or kitchen cabinets and treats them as solid walls rather than objects sitting in a room. ​The Room Size Limit: Because it thinks cabinets are walls, it shrinks the floor space in its mind. It then decides my kitchen is too small to even be classified as a "room." Why is there a minimum size restriction? If it is a room, it should be cleaned. ​The Bottom Line: Competitors like Eufy navigate these spaces without any of these bugs. The Jet Bot is a sleeping giant; Samsung has the hardware perfected, but they urgently need to release software updates to fix these mapping behaviors. Once they do, this will be the market leader. Until then, it is a beautiful machine waiting for a smarter mind.

I was hesitant buying this as I saw the negative feedback. I already tried a Dyson version which I returned as kept getting lost. I have had the Samsung vacuum for a few days now and have tried using in vacuum and mop mode. It has done a fantastic job on both vacuuming and mopping. It has not created any issues or got lost. Has avoided hazards and has worked around them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking g for a bot vacuum.

Midrange performance (i.e. equivalent to devices in the £300-400 range) hampered by poor software and very poor reliability. Had one for a year, it's been broken three times. Samsung support has also proven to be very slow and poor. In our case the vacuum repeatedly has issues going back into the dock (getting stuck near the top of the ramp), particularly in mop mode. We have a lot of Samsung devices (phones, audio, tvs, handheld vacuum etc.) - they're all great, but this vacuum is dreadful.

Pet owners should avoid like the plague! I’ve had mixed results with this product. The app is not flexible enough, however it is generally very good at navigating round the house with limited need to intervene and it looks great for a robovac. This is where my review goes very negative and probably warrants a 1 star for me specifically. This product cannot handle pet hair at all. I have 1 mid sized dog. Hair wraps round the drum and needs untangling every room it tries to clean. Where the product is even worse is once wrapped in hair it continues to try and spin, snapping the drum in half. It is a very poor design. I’m on my 3rd drum which are very expensive. Unluckily my mop attached sensor also failed. The customer service trying to fix it was extremely poor and returned the product still broken and missing accessories. In summary if looking for a robot to lightly clean your house with limited hair I might consider this. If you are the owner of a vaguely hairy pet don’t waste your money.

I am having so many issues with my Jet Bot Combo AI. It looks nice, the features sound great and for the short time things work it does a good job, but it simply cannot be relied upon. I have a schedule set for 23:00 every night, the plan is it'll complete the clean and head back to charge when my electric is cheap. But most mornings I come down and the vacuum has got stuck somewhere and not made it back to the base. This means it hasn't emptied the dustbin or cleaned its mops. When you then place it on charge, it doesn't empty its bin or wash its mops. I've watched it try and return to the base when it needs a recharge, it just moves around in circles, last night I watched it for 30+ mins moving around the living room and never making it back to the kitchen where the base is before the battery died. Despite showing its location on a map, it clearly has no idea where the base station is, and only if it gets lucky will it find it so it can recharge. It struggles to get on long pile rugs and clean them, it'll get stuck on them or the side brush gets tangled and stops moving. I have it set to return to the base to drop the mop heads and then go back to clean the rugs, but it keeps going onto the rugs with its mop heads on anyway and getting stuck. Despite the claims on advanced object awareness I have still had to remove cables from it multiple times, or move it away from lamp cables after it gets stuck. It then refuses to pick up bits of soil (my cat likes to dig in my houseplants) or the loose cat litter near the litter tray because the AI must think these are objects it needs to avoid. This is my second unit. The first one repeatedly said it had a fault with a sensor and needed to be reset. I've had this second unit for around 20 days. It clearly has issues which ultimately make it less reliable and useful then the 8 year old roborock it replaced.
