I’d like to be selfish and tell you Don’t buy this so there is more for me — but I am a firm proponent of yerba mate 🧉 tea and it’s known antioxidant properties and health benefits — and it is completely drinkable like coffee but doesn’t tear up your gut biome or give you coffee jitters.This company sources excellent yerba mate.I have this on auto-ship and am so thankful I could order this on Amazon.It sincerely keeps me looking and feeling younger than my age due to the high antioxidant properties and gut cleansing features of tea.It’s a Blue Zone longevity secret 🤫

Mate’ has less caffeine than coffee but more than average tea. I can no longer tolerate either unless decaffeinated. Happily I can now enjoy my favorite mate’ latte again- mate’ mint & lavender; this brand must be lower in caffeine as it gives me no heart palpitations/jitters like other brands I used to drink.

You can definately taste the stevia in this one but a good flavor though

I only drink herbal tea so when I find one with recommendations for energy, I went for it. I’m on day 2 but so far I like the flavor. It must have a sweetener in it because it definitely has that taste of stivia. I get a pretty good “feel good” feeling but not enough to run a marathon. I’m hoping it helps burn more calories and take away cravings. I’d buy it again.

Definitely helps with overall energy level and mental focus without any caffiene jitters.

I've enjoyed Wisdom of the Ancients teas for many years, dating back to when they carried my favorite: Yerba Mate' Royale Vanilla (would love to see the re-introduction of same). I was excited to see that the company has diversified, and have been enjoying their new tea varieties. However, and unfortunately, I've recently received products with (multiple) unsealed tea bags per box, which has me re-thinking my current subscriptions to said products. Better attention to quality control would seem to be in order here...

Looked all over for this for my Aunt. It seems the color of the box changed from years ago she loves it. So I buy it for her once in a while when I order and it's her favorite tea.
