A must have!
I'm not one for reviews usually but this is a must for all women. It helps balance your hormones. I've been applying everyday to my arms and intuitively to my chest and stomach when I feel required to. I got my period with barely any symptoms. My cycle was a lot less heavy, very minimal cramping and a shorter cycle of just 3 days. Highly recommended 👌

Worth trying but not for everyone
Being a huge fan of using natural products, I had heard a lot about wild yam cream so wanted to try it.I used it once, the small amount advised by experts.That evening I had a huge Vertigo attack, the following morning I had two more and felt generally dizzy for a number of hours.Of course I can't say it was definitely a sensitivity to the cream but I haven't had another episode since so I would say it's absolutely worth a try (many people report great benefits) but don't underestimate it, it is powerful stuff and may be a little too much for some people.
