Buy elsewhere.
Advertised as 3500 mAH. After several charge/discharge cycles on my BC-3000, it was revealed that these are 2100 mAH capacity cells.

Check the lenght, maybe need protected battery version
The batteries came in a nice case. They measure 65mm. The battery that came out of my flashlight measured 69mm. After peeling back the wrapper on my original battery I exposed a chip on the negative side of it. After some research, I found out that I needed an “18650 Protected Battery”. I purchased Keeppower batteries and they fit well and powered my flashlight.

Hold a charge well, recharge quickly
They work well, hold a charge and recharge quickly. I’m not sure what else you’d want to know.

DIY Battery Pack
I took it upon myself to build my own battery pack. So, I ordered 8 "18650" Batteries and 2 two enclosures. I was quite pleased with the results. Not only did they perform on-par; admitted I made NO emperical testing in terms of duration. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the effort...Maybe my next project will be to look into possibility of building my own solar battery...just a thought. The unit price for the two units was quite competitive.
