The media could not be loaded. The package is new and neat! I have never used low ionic dryer before and this is the first time. I like it and I want low noise and not that bad compared to my old Revlon. I feel less frizzy. The only thing that was difficult for me is taking off the diffuser/attachment because I did not know how to. I was twisting it a lot but actually you just push and take it off. My hair is straight and I want a little wavy, so I tried diffuser and I think it worked a bit which I want. I don't know how to use diffuser well, so it's fine. The photos are taken in the morning and I did the process the night before. I cannot buy dyson right now, so this is a good option for now! :)
