Kiddopotamus PiddlePad Waterproof Seat Liner (Black)

I searched for a pad that doesnt have the hole for the middle buckle and thought I found it, but when it arrived it was like all the others I have seen online and has a hole in the middle for the buckle. Well this allows for the pee to go right thru to the carseat. I ordered 2, Seller did let me return one and I kept 1 just to try and sure enough, pee goes right thru it every time. I do not recommend. I have an old one that looks more like the pic with the pad curved up in front of the buckle and it works great every time so if you can find one like that I recommend that kind. But again, this picture shows the kind I like but thats not what they send you.....

I use the piddle pad in my infant car seat for diaper accidents. I do not like taking the seat cover apart to clean the car seat cover and car seat. The piddle pad has saved us the trouble, sometimes several times a day. But, it will not get every accident every time. It is a plus just to have something save me the trouble of disassembling the car seat and waiting for it to dry and then putting it back together. Especially while traveling. When you put your child into the car seat, just make sure the piddle pad is pulled up the back, around the sides, and under the diaper area around the buckle. It really is not that difficult and will not take much time. It will not work if it is not all under the bottom area of your child. You will not find anything that will solve all of your problems, but this was worth the money. I have two. I keep an extra in the car and one always in the car seat.

the picture is incorrect - I received Summer brand similar item. It works fine, but I was hoping to receive the one pictured by kiddopotomus as I have one from long ago that I really like, wanted the same thing. Just know if you purchase this, that it is a different brand that will arrive and it has a hole for the buckle, and flaps on the side.

We bought this to use with our recently potty-trained toddler, in case of unexpected car naps (she's pretty good about calling for a potty break when awake). It seems ok, but, in contrast to the impression you get from the image, is not stiffened at all, but rather gets wadded down into a heap near the crack -- it's barely obvious that there's any shape to it at all. That's sort of pesky, as we're liable to forget about it until the first accident, at which point we'll just have to hope...

This was a huge help for our blowout-queen! Easy to wash and comfortable for baby. I will say that it slid around a bit with the movement of the baby and came out when removing baby from the carseat. We used this with a Graco infant seat as well as a COSCO 0-100lb seat.

My 2-yr-old daughter is skinny as a rail, but was still learning the art of potty training. She had accidents regularly that overflowed her too-big Pull-Ups, so we wanted to try training pants. The problem we had was not wanting to wash the carseat cover any more than we already are (2-3 times a week). We found this product and so far it's been great. My only complaint is that the "buckle-guard" in the front is not quite tall enough, so that can get soaked in the case of an accident. Other than that though we haven't had any problems with leaking through, and it's been easy to wash. It does show signs of wear after the first wash, although we're still happy with the functionality.

After washing the seat cover several times, we found the piddle pad at a local retailer. It was awkward to place directly on top of the seat, so I put it under the seat cover.We had a recent accident, and the piddle pad caught everything, and saved my car's upholstery.I just ordered 3 more to cover our second child and another set of car seats. The cost is covered with the first accident -- no more cleaning the upholstery!

These are great! I put them in the carseats for the accidents that happen when my kids fall asleep in the carseat as they have not yet learned to wake up when they have to use the potty. I take an extra second to straighten them before the kids sit down and then they stay in place just fine. The car seat covers are a pain to get off for washing so these help to prevent frequent washings of the car seat covers.Adding some velcro would make these perfect!

I bought this seat liner to protect the car seat from spit-ups. Wouldn't you know, my daughter hasn't spit up a single time in her car seat since purchasing this liner, but it covers all the surfaces that she spit up on before! Love it!

I have only had this item 2-3 weeks. My child has not 'put it to use' yet. But feel I need to review to let others know. I wished I had picked another. It is smaller then I expected and not very solid in shape. It moves and gets rolled up every time my child gets in the carseat. Which is annoying for in independent child that 'can do it themselves'. I will add to this review after it is truly tested, but if you are unsure I would choose another.

This is exactly what we need. We should have bought it sooner. The only drawback, it does move in the seat a little when your independent child gets in with no help.
