I was initially leery of making this purchase because I'd never heard of WOWPC and the laptop only had 20 reviews. But I had liked the older Lenovo Ideapad I was replacing and decided to give it a shot. My habit has been to buy laptops with a small SSD and small RAM, then replace or augment those parts. Doing that, I could save hundreds of dollars with a little effort on my part. But the price on this already-enhanced laptop was so good, I couldn't resist. I'm not a gamer and I don't create videos, but I do run Logos Bible software with a large library of resources (12k+). Having that many resources, Logos can become sluggish without an SSD and adequate RAM. Suffice to say my Logos 10 app runs very nimbly on this computer. Two months in, I'm delighted with the look, feel, and performance of this machine and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again if I needed a laptop.

Very nice seems to be easy to use, my only complaint is I can't figure out how to change the lighting on it. Other than that I'm very satisfied. Battery life is only about four to six hours depending on what I'm doing. I had expected that to be a little higher. The touchpad works well but it took me forever to get used to the fact that this was not a touch screen. I would recommend the touch screen. But then I'm lazy. I just know that I've had no problems with it and would recommend it to anyone

We learned after purchasing this laptop that the laptop was purchased in India and resold in the US. Lenovo was contacted and the warranty was only offered in India where the laptop was purchased.

I am very pleased with my new laptop. I contacted the seller's customer support with a couple of questions. I received prompt responses and the answers I needed.My laptop is configured just as I requested and it is lightening fast!! Thanks!!

The battery does not meet the 'long battery life" claim. Additionally the heat dissipation vents are in the worst possible location ( on the underside of the laptop. Its common knowledge that hot air rises and cool air sinks.Apart from these, the laptop is fine

it does everything i need it to do, games, photo editing, class work. holds a charge for a while and has good image and audio quality. id recommend this!

Screen, keyboard, track pad, weight all good.Battery life not as good as i would like.

As for the laptop itself, it seems to be a fine machine but out of curiosity I scanned the code and found that the company that I bought it from had bought this laptop which was to go towards India and brought it to America and upgraded the machine. The real problem that I have is that when they upgraded they didn't include a better battery with it. It is saying that it will only last approximately 2 hours. Come on People you can do better.
