Well the laptop was good like for the first week then I started noticing some glitches wouldn't respond to the keyboard screen flashing in and out

Half the stuff doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. Audio controls like if you were to plug in headphone they both play speakers and headphones when I tried to fix that it wasn’t a optionCamera doesn’t even exist on this laptop I was trying to record a video for YouTube to see if everything works. It doesn’t and I had to use a app from my phone as a webcam the specs are also off too just like how everyone said they wereAnd it shuts off from time to timeAnd I only had this for a few days and it was acting up they didn’t program anything on this laptop correctly for it to actually workI would either like a refund or some credits because this is outrageous

I am SHOCKED, this Cheap Chinese Brand 15.6" Notebook is as Good as My HP that cost 3x more! I was nervous buying this, 12GB RAM and 512GB SSD high-rez LED display for only $199?? Something had to be bad. But, I've had it for nearly 2 months and it has performed perfecting so far. It is surprisingly fast for only a "Celeron N5095" 4 core Intel processor, 2/3rds as fast as my HP i5 Intel 3.5mhz 17.5" Notebook, which is a rocket!!My only complaint is that it only has 2 USB 3.1 Ports, and a USB-C (which I never use), so I gave it only 4 stars for that reason. Really, these days 3 USB 3.1 ports are needed for desktop use (mouse, USB BU drive and a Sound Speaker, because the sound from this is on the WEAK side!If this unbranded Chinese Notebook goes "sideways" and breaks, I will update this review!! Keeping my fingers crossed, my HP's have always lasted 5 to 6 years!

False advertisement
In this ad for this product they state that there's 512gb. When I looked up the GB space it stated 475, that's 37gb off. The whole reason why I purchased this item is because of the guaranteed 512gb. I'm a photographer and YouTube influencer so this was supposed to be an item laptop to work with.I'm extremely disappointed with this company. Hopefully they can remedy this issue promptly.
