My daughter and I had a lot of fun doing these. We created cute handbags and took pictures afterward. It's not a sticky mess like slime. Super fun for kids playdate crafts.

My granddaughters had a great time putting these together. They learned some skills while doing it. They are perfect size and quality.

These felt sewing kits are great for teaching beginning sewing to kids. I don’t trust my 7yo with a sharp needle yet, so this kit has been perfect for her to learn the basics of how to make stitches and use the plastic needle properly. It’s also a great activity for quiet times and read aloud times to keep her fingers busy. And she loves making the little purses! It’s a good set for the price.

these handbags are a fun craft for little hands. they are fairly easy to put together, and the plastic needle is great for learning without worry of injury. very cute result, too.

I have mixed feelings about this sewing kit. It only came with one set of directions to be used for all the bags but it would have been more helpful to have directions for each bag style so you knew how to decorate it. Also one of the bags didn't have enough holes punched into the strip so my husband had to punch new holes into it. We also had a hard time getting the gems and decorative bits to stay onto the bag. But maybe I just needed to use stronger glue. Even with all of those negatives, my girls did enjoy the sewing part of it and said they wanted to do more sewing kits after they finished this one. So I don't know...it's not amazing but it was a fun kit that kept my girls busy for a while.

This DIY handbag craft is so cute and great for little ones who love crafts. This is a great introduction to sewing and there are so many colors and accessories provided to make so many different bags. This will provide lots of fun for many hours.

My kids love doing little craft projects and this one was a great option for us because they’ve been interested in sewing. It came with everything you need and they were able to do the craft with minimal help. Like most craft kits like this, the finished product won’t hold up to aggressive play, but that’s to be expected. It’s more about practicing the skill anyways. If you need a quick kit to keep your kid busy, this is worth trying out.
