Effective simple to use
Easy to dismantle and reassemble (including the spring) I found I best if you turn it upside down, put a tiny amount of oil (vegetable, sunflower etc) on the plate that comes in contact with the food and then put a hamburger paper on the plate. After you have pressed your burger the paper will stick to the burger, well it does to mine, (I use eggs, breadcrumbs, maybe the odd tomato and various spices in the construction of my burger) different ingredients may yield different results!

Easy to use
Tbey should also give burgur wax papers for new users now i have to order them separate. But it is good in use same as pucture.
