I have a couple of these already, but they’re getting kind of wonky and I saw this one and looked at the price and couldn’t believe it because these things are usually super expensive!! I don’t know why this one’s not but it’s the best one Ive ever had and the least expensive!! I work from home and it keeps my coffee hot on my desk all day. Also inside there’s a little brochure that says it’s made by a single mom, so I’m All about it. Please Give her your support !! You’ll love this product.

I couldn't get the buttons to work, so I sent a question. A customer told me you don't press hard on the buttons, just barely tap them. Now it works perfectly! The heat options keep my coffee at a perfect temperature! I love it!

The mug warmer works as intended and keeps my tea warm. The price is very reasonable. I deducted one star because, as other reviewers pointed out, the buttons are not very sensitive. The key is not to press them hard but rather to tap them lightly (a few times if needed). The mug warmer must be on a flat surface for the gravity sensor to work; otherwise, it will not function. It took me a few minutes to position it correctly, but after that, it works like a champ.

I like it, no problems, adjustable temperature, choice of colors. Handy dandy for brewing a cup of tea - get hot water out of the sink, put in a tea bag, put the cover that comes with it on top of the cup, set it for 170 degrees and let sit for 10 minutes. I like 150 degrees for coffee temp. Pretty cool!

I ordered two mugs. One for me and the other was intended to be a gift. I opened the one for me and started to turn it on. I followed all the instruction to turn it on, waited for 15 minutes. The screen did not show the heating temperature, the plate did not heat! After an hour I turned it on again....nothing happened. It is a shame to give a gift that does not work. I would like to return the two items. Would you kindly give instruction on how to return?

It looks like the discontinued the old model. I had one for work and one for home. I bought a new one because I separated my work and play spaces to separate desks. The new model has unresponsive buttons and is generally unpleasant to use. Unfortunate.Nonetheless, it does what it is supposed to.

This warmer gets much hotter on the surface while staying cool enough underneath not to damage the varnish on a wooden table. The actual temperature displayed is a handy reminder compared to other less precise visual indicators, and this warmer seems to be the only one that actually gets as hot as it claims (tested with an infrared thermometer). The hottest setting is above boiling, so hot enough to warm something from cool in an hour or so. Customizable timed shutoff is perfect, defaulting at two (2) hours and going up to twelve (12). Overall very satisfied and use it daily.

My current favourite Mug Warmer for sure. I use it at work every single day, throughout the day, and it always keeps my coffees nice and warm (for hours, literally). You just plug it in, adjust the temperature you want, and you're good to go. So easy and it works so well. And the amount of compliments I get for this is actually surprising, I've had over a dozen colleagues comment on it and compliment it when they see it on my desk. This is a must-have for anyone who drinks tea and coffee and likes to keep it warm. Highly recommend for sure.
