Cute set
Our daughter cant get enough animal figures. I like the variety of animals, this set is perfect for play or school projects. Colors are vibrant and size is good if they are out of the mouthing stage.

the plastic is flimsy, the coloration is not the best, it's worth what I paid for it.
You get six sets of critters in this LOVE LIFE Animal Figures Sets, Assorted Mini Plastic Animal Toy set. Each of the six tubes contains different types of critters, along with two rocks, and three palm trees.I opened the dinosaur set first and saw the trees and thought each set would have trees appropriate to their habitat, but no, they're all the same trees. I wish the trees matched the sets better but at roughly $3 a tube, I can't really complain. Some of the trees had excess plastic still attached that should've been removed after manufacturing. The dinosaurs looked OK and they stood up well on their own so that's good.Second, I opened the tube with a lion on it. More palm trees and generic rocks. The animals inside are OK. Most don't have eyes painted on, and the giraffe had both it's front and back legs twisted so it wouldn't stand. I did get it to stand by putting a folded paper towel between the legs to hold them in place. Hopefully they'll eventually get to the point where they stay apart. Some of the colors seem way off. Are rhinos really green? And the color on the tiger seems a bit too red.Third, I opened the one with the cow head. Yellow sheep? Really? OK, and that rooster looks way too red. Yikes. And an orange chicken? Never seen a chicken that orange. Again, no eyes painted on, but all the animals do stand on their own, so that's good.Fourth, I opened the alligator head. Snakes, frogs, lizards, gators, and crocs. Again, no eyes painted on. I can't say much about the coloring as I don't know much about snakes, frogs, and lizards.Fifth. The ladybug. I included the lid in the picture because I wanted to show the difference between it and the ladybug inside the tube. Outside of the bat and worm, all the critters in the tube had oddly bent legs so they don't look right. Disappointing.Last I opened the shark. The crab doesn't stand right, but the others are OK. Still no painted on eyes though.I give this 4 stars, because at this price I got almost exactly what I expected to get. I deducted one star for the incorrectly colored critters.

all age appeal
These are timeless toys with appeal to such a wide age range.I often give these as gifts. Being able to store the toy figures back in the tube is a plus. They are especially good for children to play with on long car or plane rides and don't take up too much bag space. They can be bath time toys. This is a toy without batteries, mechanical parts or ties to a TV show or mega company logos. Kids actually use their imagination!!! These can also be used to construct small scale dioramas and decorate cakes or cupcakes for birthday parties. They are very happily received party favors.

Such an amazing value!
I remember these tubes as a kid, always sold at zoos and aquariums. They were SO expensive for a single tube. This is such a great value for 6 tubes, and the animals are decent quality.

Good price
I've bought tubes like these for years. These turn out to be just under $3 each. It's pretty fun. The quality of the animals is pretty good. They do include some non animals in the tube. You can see trees and rocks. They take up a big section of the tube which I wasn't really happy about. But some kids may like them. The lids, once opened and unsealed don't stay on really tight, unfortunately. The animals on the top of the tubes are very fun. It's a great way for kids to see which tube is which and how to clean up/organize the animals. These will be so useful for my purpose.

Great animal tube set
This is the perfect set for anyone who wants this little animals sets for play or educational purposes. I use them in my classroom and my children love playing with them as well. They are great in sensory bins or on the homemade volcano birthday cake as decorations. The only limit with these toys are your imagination. They make great sets to have on hand as birthday party gifts. The little animals are well rendered and the quality is better than those at the dollar store. We are absolutely satisfied with these tube sets. The price is fantastic considering what they are now going for at the local craft stores. Enjoy, we are getting hours of use out of ours.

Great for the price!
This is great for the price, you get a lot of animals! They're pretty good quality, Not the best but decent Mentally acceptable for the price. Pretty realistic and good paint jobs on them as well. The trees and rocks are a little cheap, but that's okay. The containers are not super good for holding them either, They are cheap plastic pretty thin, I'm not super easy to fit them all back in. But doable.I'd rate this four stars, But for the price and the number of animals you get, I think it is pretty good, so I'm giving five. I think they are worth the price. For how many animals you get. Our two toddlers love these

Awesome toys for sensory table rotation. Lots of different varieties and colors. Good quality. Colors are more playful than real but its good. Nice storage as well. Good size. For 3+ years old. Recommend

Five Stars For That Alligator Lid!
This is a pretty basic set of standard cheap animal figurines. They're split up by different themes, and you can be the judge of how well they did. The paint isn't great on any of them, the plastic is flimsy, there are palm trees for DAYS which isn't really ideal for most of Canada.Honestly, even the price is a bit high for what you're getting relative to what you'd find at the dollar store / local big box everything retailer. So why have I given this five stars? Because the lid on the "reptile" set had us laughing to the point of tears for about five straight minutes. Every home needs one of these!

Animal Toy Collection
This listing is for a 6 pack of themed plastic animal tubes and the current price works out to less than $5 per tube. The toys are "dollar store quality" and the price reflects that. I rate this set 4 out of 5 stars on the basis that they are dollar store quality, no more, no less. Understand that only the heads on the tube lids are painted with any great detail, some of the animals have trouble standing, and if you were ever a kid with plastic animal toys at any point since the 1940s, these probably look familiar. The tube heads represent the theme of the contents:- The shark head contains sea creatures- The lady bug contains bugs and pests- The croc/gator head contains reptiles and amphibians- The dinosaur head contains (mostly) dinosaurs- The bear head contains wild mammals- The cow head contains farm animalsEach tube contains 2 rocks, 3 palm trees, and 12 themed animals. One of my sets included a bonus stray piece of foliage meant for a palm tree, though none of my trees were missing any green. I would have liked to see these scenery pieces swapped for more appropriate items for the theme. The farm animals could have used fences or hay bales. The sea creatures could have included sea plants.I have no complaints about my sea set as it was nice with no flaws. Great start! The ladybug set was nearly as good as the sea creatures, though the roach has a bent leg that makes it rest on an angle, and I'm not sure why what appears to be a "bug" themed tube included a rat and a bat. The reptiles and amphibians set was also great with no notable flaws. The I got to the dino set. This was the first set I opened that had eyes painted on the creatures and boy do they look dopey! The green T-rex type dino doesn't stand the way he's meant to, and Dimetrodon is not a dinosaur. The wild mammals set is pretty good overall, but the giraffe has one leg that's too long and cannot stand no matter how much you try to bend the legs into place, and the black panther looking cat creature is taking two completely different stances between his front and hind limbs. Also, for some reason, the plastic of the polar bear feels completely different from the rest of the set. It's slightly grippy, almost like a very firm eraser. Finally the farm animals pack. Oh boy. 3 of the 12 animals need to lead on something to stay up, a radiant yellow sheep?!, and the otherwise adorable dog had website debris left on it that makes me wonder if something went wrong painting on the accent colour or if the bin of dogs at the factory had some real spiders living in it...

Small, but numerous!!
It's crazy just how many pieces you get in this set. Love that each cylinder comes with a carrying rope because the plastic that the cylinders are made of is very thin and flimsy. If you grab it too hard, the animal-head plug on the top can pop out. But the figurines are quite fun to play with, despite their relatively small size. The plastic isn't too stiff, although they're not exactly as malleable as rubber or silicone. Each cylinder comes with the same purple and green trees for some reason, including the sea animals. Apparently there are trees in the sea? lol Still a bonus so I'm not complaining. Just be careful to abide by the age restriction. Although none of the pieces are small enough to swallow on their own, a few can be bitten into smaller pieces like the trees or perhaps a limb or two, so just be vigilant. Otherwise, there's a plethora of animals to learn about in this set - more so than any toy I've seen at any department store. In fact I've been looking for something like this for a while now. Glad to finally find it here on Amazon.

Lots of figurines
These tubes of mini figures are very similar to the variety that they sell at end caps of big craft stores individually, priced similarly for one as these are for six. They make for a great gift, or stocking stuffer or treat bag filler. The figures themselves are basic, of similar plastic quality to a vending machine toy. The tube packaging is unique, but probably won’t last long or be able to use for long time storage once they are played with daily, so you’ll want to come up with a backup storage option as these are very tiny and easy to lose. Overall, the kids really love these. Sometimes the most basic of toys are the best.

Fun for Kids, but Flimsy Containers
These mini animal figures are a hit with the kids—lots of variety and plenty to spark their imagination. Each set comes in a themed tube, which is a nice touch, though the plastic is pretty thin and won't last long. The figures themselves are colorful and fun, though a few are oddly painted, like a bright yellow sheep. The lids don’t stay on tightly, so expect to need a new storage solution soon. Overall, it’s a decent set for the price, but not the most durable.
