I make candies and needed to enhance the apple flavor of my recipe. This worked great. Very flavorful.

Excellent flavor, tastes/smells like green apple. It's not a strong a flavor as you would think, nothing like artificial apple flavoring so you will need to use a bit more than other flavorings, the bottle doesn't go very far. I've used it in beverages (not baking) but the smell it gives off is fresh apples rather than cooked apples. No off flavors or bitterness.

I have never tried apple flavoring but recently had a product that I liked that listed it in the ingredients and decided to try it. Nice little addition to the pantry that will come in handy. This seems like a quality product.

I thought the taste was pretty good but not exactly. I will absolutely use it just wish the flavor was more true! A little does go a long way and adding to much gives your baked goods a terrible taste (I accidently miss read a recipe and added to much).

I purchased this to add a little more apple flavor to my hard ciders. If you have ever made hard cider before you know how you loose a lot of the apple flavor during fermentation. I was pointed to this product via a home brew website and I have to say it is worth every penny. Just add a little bit to your brew just before bottling and your cider will have a nice robust apple flavor which seems to taste just as good if not better than some of the hard cider that you buy commercially. This is a must for those who make hard cider and want some more apple flavor in it. A little goes quite a long way as well so it is well worth the money in my opinion.

When I first started keto the biggest change to the lifestyle was convenience food was hard to find. In order to maintain the limited sugar restrictions and reach your fat intake you find yourself cooking and prepping meals ahead of time. Craving breads, pasta, and well...carbs- I came across a keto apple cinnamon bread recipie and thought "no way, apples are not keto!"To my surprise this recipie used peeled cubed zucchini mixed with apple extract in the place of real apples. I was filled with doubt until I opened this extract. One whiff of this stuff and you are magically dancing in the apple orchards. When it bakes you will cry tears of joy. For someone who has been craving fruit in general you will not believe how much this tastes like the real thing in baking. Highly recommend.

I bought this in October 2021. It tasted good, like real apples. Since I didn't realize that it expires, I used it today (May 2024) and it ruined my dish. The manufacturer definitely needs to add an expiration date.

I purchased the Apple Extract for a keto recipe. Upon receiving the extract, I tried adding some plain yogurt, along with sweetener and a little cinnamon. I put the tiniest bit in, literally just let several drops run onto a spoon and then dumped it in -- tastes delicious. I didn't find it to have an aftertaste, which leads to believe it could be that some users have used too much at once for what they were making. I would always start VERY small with a product like this. 10/10, would buy again!

Quick deliveryI used it to make a sham apple cobbler with zucchini. You could somehow tell the difference by the texture, but I’m pretty sure it is as good as it gets :)

We used this apple extract when making apple cider. It did a great job of adding an apple taste back to the cider. A little bit goes a long way. The cider tastes great.

Use this for Apple cider brewing. It's super concentrated so use sparingly but it makes for a great addition to a cider.
