However, after using it for a while, I have not noticed any significant changes yet. I love green tea extract because it is very Beneficial for your well-being.I do believe this contains caffeine because green tea extract does contain caffeine. You may want to do a little research if you are sensitive to caffeine. This is GMP certified, maid in the United States, and non-GMO. You get a six month supply at one capsule per serving a day.These are easy to swallow, with no taste, or aftertaste, easy on the stomach.Performs like it should. Great quantity and quality.

This is my review of Vitamatic Green Tea Extract with Vitamin C, 25X Concentrate, 98% Polyphenols, 80% Catechins, 50% EGCG, 180 Veg Capsules. This bottle arrived with a sealed bottle cap. Seems to be a good way to get polyphenols, catechins, EGCG, in a single capsule. That is of course if Vitamatic's claims are met in the product.

I appreciate having the health benefits of green tea when I don't have time to make it. However, I don't have the same focus energy help that green tea gives me for waking up in the mornings.

Green Tea is something I've wanted to drink more of, but I've always been put off by the taste. If these capsules can deliver even a fraction of the healthy benefits without the effort, that's worth it to me. I haven't noticed any dramatic changes in terms of energy since I started taking these, but I am pleased to report that these capsules are easy to swallow, and don't have any particular taste, tea or otherwise.

I find this Green Tea Extract supplement to be a great alternative to ensure I'm getting the benefits on green tea in daily, even when water is my drink of choice over taking time to brew green tea. Plus, green tea is not my favorite.This supplement boasts 100mg vitamin C and 400mg green tea 25:1 extract PER CAPSULE. With 180 capsules in the bottle, this should last quite a while, giving me an extra little boost each day.BTW: This is made in the USA in a cGMP facility, and is free of sugar, starch, yeast, soy, wheat, egg, and artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. The bottle arrived full -no wasted space-and is recyclable. The expiration date is about 3 years from now, giving me plenty of time to enjoy the full benefits of this product.

Taking green tea supplement gives me a little caffeine boost in addition to coffee that I drink in the morning. Though it doesn't give me dramatic energy boost, it's enough to keep me awake during the day time and helps with my productivity.
