I've done the plain ones, but my dog seems to like the flavoured a bit better.

My dog wouldn’t even take it from me. So if you have a dog that is at all picky…buy something different.

My 70+ pound super chewer loves these. He can be picky about his chews - often doesn't like flavored chews. I'm pleased that these are natural chews with no added flavors - and so is he! They don't last long, but nothing does with him. They do last longer than other chewy treats and cost less.Given the large size of the ears and how much he loves them, I think the cost is reasonable and will continue to buy them.

UPDATE to Review: Although my dog used to go nuts for these ears, the 3rd bag we purchased the ears make him vomit. In the beginning we thought it was something else he ate but after trying the 4th one he has been sick after eating all 4 ears on different days and different times. Sadly we have to throw the almost full bag away. Seller does not accept returns so we cannot return or replace them.My dog goes NUTS for these ears. We call them "chewies" because they last longer than a biscuit but way shorter than a healthy edible nylabone. I would compare these as: biscuit=cookie, cow ear=large taffy. I'm guestimating one ear lasts about 15 minutes - once my dog gets one of these, he chews it until it's gone, no breaks. Finished off the first bag and all was good. No digestion issues, no breakage or chipping, no smell. Ordered another bag since he likes them so much and I get 15 mins. of "me-time" every so often. I don't have any down side to report and will keep ordering this brand since we know they don't cause him any digestive issues.

Compared to other vendors these cow ears are quite small and the smoke is very sticky in nature. I cant smell the scent of them and they aren't as alluring or tasty as I would hope. I am glad my previous vendor is now shipping Smoked ears again and although this was a good test I don't recommend for the price, flavor and size to quantity.

I have a very large 160 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback mix dog that loves this long lasting snack. He has a very sensitive stomach , so I can not give him rawhide bones. The Powerpet cow ears is a healthy low calorie snack that last a pretty long time. I would recommend it to other dog owners.

These smoked cow ears are irresistibly good for my dogs, as soon as they smell the ears they go crazy for them. Not only is the quality good but the price is great. Long-lasting chew that will give my pups protein and entertain them for hours! Will definitely buy more again! Thank you Powerpet!
