of course, I can start this by saying it is better to get most of your vitamin needs through diet.If you do have a good diet, including plenty of folic acid, the make-up of your supplement is less of a big deal. Otherwise, you must balance what's in the bottle with what's recommended by health professionals, especially if you already take supplements or medications of any other sort. This goes particularly for when you are pregnant.This supplement includes eight of the most recommended vitamins for when you are pregnant - vitamins B12, C, D, E, K1, plus Zinc and Biotin.It does not however include things like Iron or Niacin, or Calcium, which you might want to look into.Taste is wonderful and really juicy, so they are easy to take at the does of 2 gummies per day. At this dosage one bottle lasts for one month.The gummies are vegan and my container had an expiry date of about 15 months in advance.I think they are a nice tasting supplement and one that is easy to take however make sure the constituent vitamins are the right ones for you.

These pregnancy gummies provide different vitamins and minerals. These are the essential nutrients that a pregnant woman would need. And so, these are great for supporting pregnancy. I must admit I'm not pregnant, but I use them as part of an overall daily multivitamin routine as I have several deficiencies. These are a great alternative to regular multivitamin tablets as they are great tasting and chewable.It comes with 60 tablets, which if taken as directed (2 per day), gives 1 month supply. As I personally take other multivitamins, I only take 1 per day. So I can stretch this to last me 2 months!

I enjoyed taking these vitamins, and they taste good. But I recently read some medical articles that state that multivitamins don’t do any good unless you actually have a deficiency.
