The hoop doesn't personally bruise me but I am a fitness instructor so my fitness level is probably higher than the average person. However, some of my family members have used it and have reported that it hurt them, so I assume as you get fitter it will hurt less so don't let it put you off. For me it feels like a nice massage, so just stick at it and you'll be hula-hooping in no time 😉Ps:Takes a bit of getting used to but I absolutely love my hula hoop. Many bruised to begin with but these soon settles down. Good size and hours of fun.

I was super excited to receive this! I’m currently in isolation for 10 days so I can’t go to work and I just needed something to to get me through and keep me fit. I love this product I think it’s great. I think mine is a little faulty because one of the pieces don’t click in properly and I’ve asked everyone to try as I though it could just be a little stiff but even my brother who lives at the gym couldn’t do it. I thought he did so this morning I came downstairs to do my work out. Moved everything out the way all the glasses and breakable things. Mid way though my 5 minute, it came apart, knocked over a vase of flowers from across the room which spilled all over my laptop with all of my college work on and all of our family photos. You may say I should’ve moved the vase but it was the complete other end of the room and If this was fitted correctly, this wouldn’t happen. I’m trying to message the seller but it’s not on the page of this item so if the seller could reply to this that would be much appreciated:) On the positive Very fast delivery only ordered Saturday and arrived Sunday and very comfortable hoop. Just a shame about the connection issue

Easy to hoola hoop with but it keeps falling apart every 30 seconds. I've pushed it in as far as the attachments can possibly go but they won't click! If they fit proper it would be fine :(

It’s rubbish. Worst money I’ve ever spent. It dissembles every time I put it together and it does not work!!! Waste of money and a waste of time!

This was the best thing I’ve ever bought!I just spent the last hour try to teach my father to Hula Hoop and crying with laughter!Also a good way to have fun and lose weight !

The Hula Hoop is easy to assembled. The quality is great and comfortable. One link had to be removed. Seven links is perfect fit for me. I used it everynight. Also the accessory is very useful.

The hoop gets loose sometimes and doesn’t hold together, the clips don’t click in tight.

My wife had one of these of a different brand for years, bought this one as replacement, the price is cheap but unfortunately the quality is also poor. Compare to old one she bought from shop, it poor quality, it’s weak it’s wobbly if you put it sideway, it makes cracking sound when spinning. Don’t recommend this one.

Reifen lässt sich super einfach zusammen stecken. Auch bei Benutzung hält es super.

Faccio parte di quel gruppo di persone che da almeno quattro anni tra un mese si iscriverà in palestra. Alla fine ho cercato modi alternativi e magari vagamente divertenti per tenersi in forma e sono rimasta molto incuriosita dall' hula Hop. Questo è molto professionale e anche se sono tornata tanto bambina nell'usarlo, non è leggero come quello per i bambini (giustamente una parte di fatica deve pur esserci). Per chi è alle prime armi potrebbe risultare un po' difficile e fare un po' male se non usato gradualmente, ma si bruciano calorie anche solo provando e con un po' di tutorial presto si prende la mano. Per chi invece ha già dimestichezza è sicuramente un ottimo prodotto, robusto, imbottito, di un buon materiale, permette diversi esercizi non solo per la pancia ma anche per il resto del corpo. Ottimo rappo qualità-prezzo ed è carino che insieme arriva anche un mini asciugamano e un metro per tenere traccia dei propri progressi. Si può smontare per riporlo e rimontare al bisogno o lasciarlo montato se si ha lo spazio che sicuramente è più comodo. Spero di essere stata utile :)

Me ha gustado mucho, es firme, no se desarma, ha sido facil montarlo y tiene muy buen tacto. Pero si pones todas las piezas se comba como un puente durante terremoto... yo he dejado una pieza sin poner y asi va perfecto

Mi spiace ma ho dovuto restituire il prodotto. Purtroppo dopo averlo montato, al primo giro ha cominciato a staccarsi tra un anello e l altro. Peccato. Forse il produttore dovrebbe trovare un sistema piu solido x evitare che i vari anelli si aprano.
