Thick and not transparent. I would definitely recommend this brand for the black and gold wrapping paper I purchased! I see other reviews of the folding, but it did not bother me because all other brands come to the same way. I would definitely purchase again.

I bought these wrapping papers to add to this beautiful bouquet I made and I love that it was so sturdy and easy to work with. They were much larger than expected and that was a plus, the color is brilliant and I love the gold trimmings design. It is very functional as you can see in the photo.
