Networking All-in-One for Dummies

I could not imagine a more thorough and useful reference for networks. The book is extensive in its coverage and some topics are perhaps more advanced for those of use who are simply attempting to gain an understanding of how our home network functions. I would strongly recommend the book as an excellent reference for both new and experienced network users.

Very amazing book, with chapters in all the basics of networking, especially on WIndows. This book should be most for anybody who wants to get introduced to networking, and at least the 2 first chapters should be good for anybody who wants to know how computers work in general.

Although little basic but worth reading it.

Most of books out of date but that’s ok because so much is still relevant. Used as reference guide more or less. If you can’t find brand new and just want to have some basics this book is very well written for just that.

Highly recommend for someone who wants to brush up on high level networking concepts. Sure, its not the most in depth, but its "For Dummies"! I haven't done networking since college, so its a great refresher.

Good general purpose reference. This is my second copy.

A well-written manual for those new to setting up a network, it provides readers with the necessary info as well as technical knowledge in certain areas for those curious to learn more.
