This seller is terrible to work with.
The dress came with a peculiar smell and it fit awkward. I've been waiting 19 days for my refund and I keep getting the run around. Beware of this seller!

Way too small-Beware of Seller!
I ordered this dress based on the reviews on how it ran, I gave it a go- ordering a few sizes bigger than my US normal size. Three weeks later, I got my dress. It was beautifully made. Color was gorgeous. However, it was at least 4 sizes too small. I was so disappointed, as I wanted it for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party. I reached out to the seller and shipped it back (at my expense- via PRIORITY MAIL) within a week of receipt. Shipped it back to their US address in WA. They received the dress within a few days. NO communication as to when I'd be getting my refund, despite my messages. Started reading reviews as to how some people were having difficulties getting their refund... called amazon directly and started an A-Z claim. Within a few days seller wrote back stating they had initiated the refund but based on my A-Z claim, it hadn't gone through. They requested I withdraw the claim to get my $$. Called amazon again and they said to keep the claim as it was under review, and it would be fully refunded after 15-20 days. Today, (almost 1 month later) I called to get status and they said that on 11-28-23 the seller reached back stating the item was "damaged" and couldn't be re-sold. Blatant lie, when they had initially agreed to give me a full refund. This is the reason I won't be buying through 3rd party selling for amazon. People suck, and they give this platform a bad name. BEWARE of this Seller. SHADY business who just wants to keep people's hard-earned money! LIARS! BEWARE- not worth the time spent fighting to get what is legally mine.

Fits like a glove
Upon ordering, I reached out to seller and gave them my actual measurements. At no extra cost they will make to size. I received this and it fits like a glove. I am wearing it for my Stepdaughters wedding next week. It is such a beautiful dress! A must buy for anyone looking for a gown for a special occasion.
