Only Good with Giant Trach Pads.
Ties were as described. Unfortunately, the velcro bands are stiff and catch on everything, making it difficult to use. It does work very well with LARGE fabric trach pads that cover any exposed velcro.

Did not work for me.
These are not great. The plastic tabs of Velcro are extremely stiff and do not bend as it comes through the flange of the trach. Also it digs into my skin. Not comfortable. Pity as they are very soft. I may try to alter by sewing on more pliable Velcro strips.
