I appreciate that the belt holds the gel pack neatly and has extra straps for a conforming fit and compression. The two gel backs work well for affording cold or heat through the lumbar area. I have found the belt can also be successfully applied to ice/heat the cervical (neck) vertebrae, shoulder or thigh. The belt and gel packs appear to be well constructed / durable. The gel packs remain cold or warm well beyond the recommended 20 minute application time. I am completely satisfied with this product and can recommend it highly.

Extremely happy with this product. Great therapy for back pain and wonderful that you can use for both heat and cold. Good quality, excellent Velcro and comfortable to wear.

This product works great for about 30 minutes, however, the ice affect doesn’t last as long as I would of liked.

This product is awesome. It comes with 2 ice packs and a Velcro waist band to hold the ice pack. The waist band velcros but it also has side bands that Velcro to make it tighter. However, if you have an overly large stomach or hip area this will not fit.Great for back injuries!

This is a simple product that always you to walk around with a large ice pack on the back. The ice pads are not flat (2 in the package) which makes it slightly uNcomfortable to sit/lean back on but I'm tin o it could be me. I have similar ice packs which are flat that I can change out.

I have a herniated disc and pinched nerve in my lower spine and have been in a lot of pain. It was recommended that I do alternating treatments of hot and cold to help the pain and facilitate healing. I was using an old fashioned hot water bottle and a rectangular picnic freezer pack....not very convenient or effective! I found this item on-line and thought it looked useful. It's not only useful, it's fantastic! I keep one of the packs in the freezer and heat the other in the microwave, I can strap them on and go about my day. It has revolutionized my pain therapy! I even wear the heated one to bed and it helps me sleep. I can't recommend this highly enough. If you have a back issue similar to mine, give this a try, you won't be sorry. First off I love the product, I herniated a disc in my back recently. I would however love to recommend some improvements. A good majority of people with back pain are plus size, the quality of Velcro is medium. I’m 6 weeks in and it’s no longer sticking well and the ones used to hold the pack are coming apart. Also the part closest to your back is mesh. Not nearly enough to protect against freeze burns. I currently use extra cloth to prevent that. Also it would be nice to just be able to order extra ice packs without the wrap.

I use the ice packs on my low back to help with discomfort from a bulging disk. Perfect to wear around the house when my low back is achy but don't have time to lay down with a ice pack. With the adjustable straps, you can get it nice and snug. Feels very supportive. Worth the investment! Quality is excellent. For reference, I am 121 pounds.

This is easy to wear and is exactly what you need to keep the cold compress on your back whilst moving around. Glad I bought this.

I like the tight fit of the elastic. Quality looks good. Exactly what I wanted.

Bought for my husband and he loves it. He can move around and do anything while he has it on. Coming with 2 Gel packs are great as you can interchange then and have a back up.
