GATEMATE® Premium Long Throw Lock - Double Locking, Stainless Steel/Black, 2" (50mm)

I am really pleased with this lock (I have just ordered another one), it is well made and simple to use. I now have them on two garden gates which I wanted extra security on. My son fitted them really quickly and was also impressed. My gardener is going to order one as well! They can be locked from inside and outside which is what I wanted.

Template was very accurate and the lock was fitted quickly and easily. Mechanism feels smooth and solid.Very happy with the end result. Not quite sure why they supplied so many keys, but not a complaint as such!

Reasonablely priced, its nice to be able to lock the gate when exiting the garden, the correct sized drill bit is enclosed which I wasn't expecting, I have seen others that are not very well made and have quality issues I hope this is not the case with this one, also it has five keys

The media could not be loaded. The lock is very well made itself, instructions easy to follow, the self adhesive template is a great bonus, it’s also good that a hole cutter is included, I had to add a small piece of wood to my gate because it was not wide enough to fit the lock, my only problem was the fixing screws they are to long and only really need to be half the length, they are also quite soft so the heads round off easily, would have been better if a pilot drill was also included for the fixing screws, the brass screws are also to long and the heads round off very easily so I made quite deep holes first with a bradle.

Bought this to replace previously installed GateMate product that was 7 years old (but still operational)Do not try generic branded versions, this really is superior in every way.Easy to install with templates and secures well. Solid product with well built mechanism

I wanted a little more security for my gate so tried this ,fitted straight in the old hole from a Yale,lock fitted previously,very easy to fit and works perfect,can’t lock myself,out now …bonus

Nice bit of kit, came with it's own shovel drill bit so didn't have to get one of the right size for the lock drum. Also came with a sticker blueprint you can stick onto the gate and accurately drill the drum hole and pilot holes for the screws. All in all made fitting an easy job.

We bought this lock to allow key access from both sides of a gate. It’s easy to fit and comes with all the fittings, including a suitable size drill bit. It is important to ensure there is sufficient flat area on the gate to attach the lock mechanism. It’s worth looking at some of the video on U Tube showing installation.

Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour installer cette serrure en toute facilité.Vis, gabarit, mèche à bois de 28...La serrure en elle même semble etre d'excellente qualité et surtout, la course du pêne est suffisamment longue pour compenser le jeu qui se produit entre l'hiver et l'été...Bref, une bonne surprise.
