I love this pins! I ordered them second time. They are pretty thick and very strong, easily go into the soil. The price is great!

soaker hose hold down
I needed my hose to face the ground and not turn. I drove one pilot hole on each side of the soaker hose with a screwdriver into the ground, very rocky, before sticking the hold down into the ground. If you do not start a pilot hole first, this item will not work on bad, very rocky ground, much to flimsy. By making a pilot hole, perfect. Will be easy this fall to remove allowing you to store your hose for the winter. Great buy for the money.

Don't take no for an answer
I got these to stake some chickenwire down around my garden so the rabbits would stop slipping under it. Some weeks later, I used the rest of them to pin down cut-open milk cartons around some itty bitty trees. One of the trees is in a very rocky patch of the yard. Obviously these stakes don't go through rocks. BUT they don't bend and get dull as soon as you hit one, either.. A good wiggle and they'd find a path and keep going. I half-expected them to not even get through the milk cartons, so, good job.

Not What I Wanted
I had some shorter thinner ones I used to secure lawn decorations. These were too long and too thick for me push into my gravel landscaped front lawn. Probably perfect for other uses.

Good but not very sturdy.
Great price but they do bend pretty easily! Stakes Iโve had in the past weโre much sturdier then this. Other then that worked as expected, once ymthey were in the ground they held well!
