Comfortable pain relief
Devices to help relieve pain from tennis elbow and tendonitis come in two main forms. There is the sleeve design which covers the elbow and a few inches above and below it and there is the strap device which goes round the lower arm below the elbow. The aim is to reduce strain on the tendons and allow relatively pain free mobility for everyday jobs and some sports. Which device works best for you will depend on circumstances and level of pain. This device is the strap type. It also incorporates a nobbly pad which is meant to provide some massaging effect. This pad can be removed if preferred. It is well made and is comfortable to wear with minimal sweating. It is easy yo put on. The size seem correct as per the chart. For prolonged wear I found it remained comfortable but I preferred it without the massage pad which was ok for shorter periods. It definitely eased the pain and helped me to use the affected arm.

Support strap for the Elbow region, well made. Found it works better on localised problems.
Neatly made from good fabrics that are comfortable to wear in use.Doesn't come with any instructions, had to go back to the Amazom page for that (print them on the box guys), even though there's buckle the velcrow sugests stick together as well.Basically lock it on with the buckle. There's a air cushion under the buckle with small nobbles on, that I can see as you move about will give a small massaging effect, this can be removed. Being small it's hard to see how it gives elbow relief, can see and feel in the test we did, it can give support and a little relief to a small spot, so a muscle injury, strain etc can get some help, but if its a large area, I can't see how it helps (which is my problem)I tried it for most of the day om my wrist that has been aching for a few days, injury started when a dance partner pullde arm the wrong way. So in position like a watch and oddly enough it has relieved the pains in certain movements and when taken off in the evening it was much better, not cured but definately improved, so let's see what happens in the coming days.So you need to experiment with this, to me it's more a localised support aid than larger area's.So information supplied as to its use maybe a good addition, hencemy 4 stars. But, if you've an isolated problem, can see it helping.

Very comfortable, even after long periods of wear
I really like this 'Aollop' Tennis Elbow Support Strap for Men and Women. Unlike my other one, the adjustable strap on this one is made of a much softer material and doesn't feel scratchy or irritating to wear.According to the listing, it's made of neoprene and nylon with a sponge inner core, this not only makes it durable, but also lightweight and comfortable too. My own experience is a testament to that!I'm suffering from 'Tendonitis' in my forearm and the removable, and adjustable massage air cushion is extremely helpful for targeting the pressure in the right area. I noticed that during use I didn't feel my usual tendon pain at all, fabulous!Useful for a variety of ailments this is definitely one of the better ones that I've tried. Super comfortable, even after long periods.

No Instructions
This product arrives in a plain box with no instructions whatsoever making it pretty useless if like me I don't know how to use it properly without causing more issues. With a real risk of causing more damage this thing should not be on sale.

Comfortable but not very effective.
This is comfortable to wear and I wasn’t expecting it to be so-so much as I forgot I was wearing it. But having said that, it didn’t offer me any relief from the pain or discomfort. I will persevere but my initial reaction is this isn’t going to help me.

Comfortable
I’ve tried several different elbow support straps to conquer tennis elbow pain, some more effective than others. This option is rather unique in design in that instead of utilising a full cushion to hold your inflamed, torn tendon in place, it incorporates a series padded studs. Whether this approach is more beneficial, I am unsure as the logic for regaining full health is to prevent the tendon from stretching; I’m not sure evenly placed padded studs performs this job as well. However, the support does feel relatively comfortable when worn, the Velcro holds firm, the stitching all looks strong and it is possible to really have a tight fit. But it is a bit on the pricey side, my previous straps cost a round £4-5 less.

Tennis Elbow support
My husband has tennis elbow and is trying this strap. It differs from previous straps that he has tried in that it has a small massage/pressure point cushion. It is well made and easy to fit, easily adjustable to get the correct grip for you and so far he is finding it comfortable to wear and it doesn't impede movement of the arm.Time will tell if it proves effective for the tennis elbow (it can take quite a while to improve) but he is more than happy to keep on using this support.

Very easy to use and very easy to configure.
This strap is well designed and easy to use one handed. There is a small disk that attaches via Velcro to provide additional pressure and massage when in use. You can take this off if you wish. The strap attaches to the top of the tendon and then you pull the straps to the required level of pressure. The strap is comfortable in wear and doesn't collect sweat underneath. A good solution to get relief from tendon pain in the forearm.
