I don't care what my kids think of wearing these and whether they think I'm being overly cautious... but they're going to thank me when they're not bleeding....These worked well for my 8 and 7 year old who have recently taken up roller blading. They are primarily learning on our driveway which isn't the smoothest of surfaces, so I worry a bit about them falling and doing some damage on themselves. I figured out that if I leave the Velcro straps in, they can put these on and off themselves without assistance. However, if the straps come out, they're a little tedious to get back in. They didn't slide down once they were on- they may be a tad on the tight side but I'd rather that than loose.That said, for this price, you really can't go wrong. Granted my kids haven't fallen yet with them on but I feel like I don't have to worry about them falling now. :)

The quality is there. These are a fairly nice set of pads to protect the little ones from falling. They fit snug and pretty comfortable, but the scaling, if you will feels off. I feel like everything should have been just a tad bit bigger. I gives an age group recommendation of 3-15 yrs old. I don't imagine an average 15 yr old wearing these tiny set and be of use. My 8 yr old is considered on the small size and these seem to look and feel small on him. For the sizing I had to remove one star. Everything else checked the boxes as far as looks, color, quality and price point.

Likes: feels sturdy when on, offers good protection.Cons: poor stitching-the stitching on one of the straps of the wrist guard came completely undone in less than 5 uses. My 4-year-old was wearing them while playing "ninja warrior" as he calls it. He was throwing himself on the grass multiple times over the course of 4 days while pretending to fight "bad guys" so this may have been too much for the stitching.

I got this set for my granddaughter. She's 2 years old and very adventurous. She has a three-wheel scooter that she loves to go outside with. These pads fit her very nicely. The quality is great and it is definitely a value for the money. The appearance is also nice when she takes the scooter outside. She matches her clothing with the color of the blue pads. They're very easy to take off and put on so the ease of use is a breeze. They perform well and she is very comfortable wearing them. She hasn't fell yet with them on but I'm confident they will provide the protection that's needed.

Ordered these for our almost 2-year old knowing they would be a bit large and they were- but just a bit. She can wear them with some finagling. The age range is definitely off in the description- no way is a 15 year old wearing these. I would say the more appropriate age range is 3-6. Other than that, they seem to work fine. Haven't had to test the efficacy on any nasty falls (thank goodness) but I like the extra protection when skating on the concrete. Also appreciate that they come with a mesh bag for easy (compact) transport.

These are advertised for ages 3-15. I think not. My six year old barely fits them. Tried them on my 11 year old and couldn't even get them fastened!!! Definitely do not recommend unless your child is small for their age!

I bought these for my 10-year-old nephew to use with his roller blades. Unfortunately, they turned out to be much smaller than I anticipated, and he's quite a slim kid. The quality of the material was also lacking, which left me feeling disappointed with this product.
