I loved the bag, the design, its flexibility to convert in to bagpack and sling bag but some major flaws: - to give rustic look, the zippers used are too sharp and can actually cut u, specially during winters. - major draw back - no pocket for water bottle - no cushion in backpack shoulder straps - the sling strap joint to bag are too heavy and bulky. - the bag looks spacious at first but actually due to lack of bag material flexibility there is way to less space so u r carrying more weight with less ur stuff. I so so wish they can make bags which are spacious and light but is convertable and guys we need pockets, compartments. Plz make bags for people who need to carry stuff to office and they have to travel by buses, metros etc and not their car

The inner cloth is stripped in colour and hence make s difficult to find the belongings The chain quality is also not at par Also bag is very difficult to lift if has laptop and heavy with side handles as the handles are not soft in form Outer chains compartment are very useful Inner chain compartment are not that useful and easy to locate except one Inner

Everything is good except the fact that the bag is a little heavy considering it’s a shoulder bag . The product otherwise is excellent .

Quality is good

It's quality is not out of world, very much In line with any tarpoline based fabric bag with just different than usual design. And price is on the expensive side.
